Added the cottage behind the main house for a week when our adult children came to visit. The experience was terrific. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. We cooked every day. I enjoyed watching the sun rise and set on the mountains from the comfort of the living room. Easy access to the purple bus or easy walk to the gondola for those who didn’t want to wait. Location is perfect for walking to town as well as the sledding hill. This is our second year staying at this location. We’re looking forward to staying there again. River Ridge Rentals is very responsive to questions etc. hot tub was well maintained with frequent service.

Didn't respond to after hours "emergency" phone call until the next morning.

Our adult children and grandchildren joined us at different times. There was plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped for all the meals we prepared. Very close to downtown, short walk or bus ride to the gondola. Would rent this house again.

The location is excellent--we walked everywhere--Main Street shops and restaurants, Quicksilver lift, and Gondola--and the shuttle stop is just on the corner. We highly recommend this house if you're looking for a spot for a family vacation. We look forward to returning.

We loved this house & its proximity to town…. We could walk almost everywhere!! We had 6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs…. Everyone was happy! The hosts were very helpful & quick to respond to texts. Highly recommend if you’re in Breckenridge!
