This home is 0.6 miles from the base of Peak 8 of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and a 5-minute walk to the nearest shuttle stop.
Proximity: Located on Settlers Drive on Peak 8, this property is just 0.2 miles (~5 min walk) from the nearest MyFreeRide bus stop, offering direct access to Peaks 7 and 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Historic Downtown Breckenridge area is only 1.2 miles away, making it a quick drive to enjoy shopping, dining, and local attractions.
Entry (Main Level): Entering from the garage, you'll have a powder room on your left and the main foyer on your right. Continuing past the entrance, you step into the spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area.
Kitchen (Main Level): The kitchen features a stunning tile backsplash, marble countertops, and modern, upgraded appliances, ready for preparing your culinary delights.

• Second Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Twin over full bunk bed, flatscreen TV with cable, dresser, and closet. This room shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom.
• Third Guest Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Queen bed, TV with cable, dresser, and walk-in closet. This room shares a full bathroom with the second bedroom.
• Fourth Bedroom (Top Floor): King-size bed, SmartTV with cable, gas fireplace, dresser, closet, and an ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his & her sinks and walk-in shower.
Laundry: A full-size washer & dryer are located in the laundry closet on the bottom level at the end of the hallway.

We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
