Great spot!

Unbelievable views of the bay, close to everything in San Diego, plenty of space and all you need for a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect location! Beautiful view. Condo floor plan is ideal for family and friends to gather. Entire process was seamless. I plan on renting this unit again. PS - you can see the fireworks Seaworld does nightly (summer months only) from the deck. Host was lovely and responsive. Staying here was a TRUE vacation.

Great access to Mission Bay and ocean beaches. Beaches and food within easy walking distance. Condo was clean and roomy with fantastic view.

A beautiful place to spend your vacation.

Space for everyone to breathe and chill

We really loved our family gathering in this gorgeous top floor apartment. And the location is spectacular, and super convenient to everything. The host spends a lot of effort to make guests comfortable, with loads of amenities delivered with attention to detail. My 9- and 11-year-old grandchildren happily spent their downtime playing Mancala, which was new to them. We all had a blast and would definitely consider renting this unit again!

Awesome Family Reunion

Had a small family reunion for July 4th week and stayed in both the 2nd and 3rd units of this beautiful home. Tons of space to accommodate our large family. Beautiful views of the bay. We played volleyball, paddle boarded, people watched from the deck, and enjoyed fireworks every night. Home was well stocked. Parking was easy. Plenty of bikes, a paddle board, a kayak, and tons of beach chairs. Great stay!

Loud Bon Fire

Wonderful property and host. Only item was a group had a bon fire directly in front of condo till 6 am sunday morning 4/21. We assumed there was a curfew on noise or a city ordinance or something. We didnt want to be party poopers but found it kinda odd. Weve stayed on the beach and bays before and ddint ever remember this happen. We will be back. Condo and host were first class. Thanks again.

Superb location with grand balcony

Well appointed penthouse has a beautiful large deck overlooking the bay. Easily accommodated our family of five. Was very easy to get to and having a garage was a huge bonus. Check in was flawless and checkout was reasonable (no over the top demands at all). We enjoyed sightseeing in the city, up the coast to La Jolla and Torrey Pines and on Coronado Island. We felt central to it all. The location was near many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and shopping. The coastline seems a little rowdier, so it was very nice to be tucked away in the bay area. Only downside is that there was no swimming in the bay due to contamination. It was chilly on our trip, but something for others to consider if planning a summer visit.

Great Place

Absolutely an amazing time. The condo was just what we needed. We can from East Tennessee to gather the family for the New Year. We have family local but needed a place the remaining 7. The condo was well furnished with plenty of plates, glasses, cups, pots, pans, dishes, cookware, silverware, etc. We were very pleased. The Elevator was an asset in getting all of our luggage and groceries to the 3rd Floor. Stairs were easy to navigate. Parking was great. One garage on one outdoors. Close to the boardwalk (about 1 mile) well worth the effort to walk. Highly recommend this condo for anyone going to Mission Bay. When we return, we hope that the condo is available. Our 8-day stay could not have been better.

Amazing Mission Bay stay

I had a wonderful stay at the property. We came to San Diego for vacation with my husband, my in laws, and our two sons ages 2 and 4. The condo is spectacular and exactly as pictured. There was plenty of space for everyone, so it did not feel crowded at all. The kitchen was well stocked and we did many loads of laundry in the washer and dryer. The best part is of course the location. The views are amazing, and the building leads directly to a very nice, sandy beach. Being on the bay is great because there are no big waves so the kids were able to play in the water more easily. You can easily walk over to Pacific beach if you want waves and a “scene”. It was very quiet at night, and the bay walk is directly out the door. It is very close to the zoo and sea world, and parking in the garage was very easy. Communication with Kelly was seamless and she was there to show us around at check in. There is a playground right on the beach about 500 ft away which was perfect for us. I would stay here again if we come back to San Diego!

Absentee Owner & cleaning issues

Winter, January 2023, stay. Good location and beautiful views. Garage worked very well. Communication was an issue because the owner said she was in a place where text/phone calls did not come through. She never sent the street address but luckily it was on VRBO app once I down loaded it. We ended up calling the elevator company and figured out how to get in. Reset X 3 during stay. NOT for a clean freak; the floors were not cleaned including the bathroom shower(hair globs on white tile), bath carpet and floor(blood clots). Large stains in several carpeted areas. Owner management is poor but the handyman, arrived the next day, was nice.

I apologize that I wasn't able to receive phone calls in my remote location, but I'm glad that we were able to communicate via text. I apologize that you were having trouble with the elevator during your stay. We have solved the elevator issues. I wasn't aware of the cleaning issues during your stay or we would have sent the cleaning staff to attend to those issues. Perfect Getaway

Our experience exceeded expectations in every way. The place is stunning, the deck gives an unobstructed view of the beautiful bay, and great people watching. There are sailboats, swimmers, kayaks, and a lot of healthy looking walkers on the path below. The deck is near private, could sit out all day in the provided chairs, table, lounger, & bbq. During the day you can watch the volleyball players. Another plus is the quiet at night. The living room has a large, comfy sofa. The master bedroom is crazy big, & has a picture window looking out on the bay. It has an hallway flanked by 2 large closets, leading to a giant bathroom. The listing doesn’t mention the tubs in each bathroom. (Full bathrooms, tub, shower, toilet, sink). This condo can easily accommodate 2 couples & 2 children. If you have more people there are 2 twin air mattresses. The listing states a hot tub, which only exists on the floor below, not accessible. Kelly, the wonderful owner, gave us a complete walk-through, explaining the operation of the elevator (learning curve), Elevators in beach houses are extremely rare, & a real plus since one of our friends had limited mobility, and we didn’t have to carry heavy bags up three flights of stairs . We really appreciated the keypad door locks, so much better than keeping track of keys. If you have any questions Kelly responded immediately. Just in case, there is a fix-it man & housekeeper on call- we didn’t need I would definitely stay here again. No regrets.

We enjoyed the house and location. The large deck overlooks the water and walkway area for a beautiful view and great people watching. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the ocean. It’s close to the grocery. And most importantly to me, the beds were comfortable.

Excellent property

Location is perfect with easy access to the beach and other attractions. Host was awesome and responsive in a very timely manner. The property could use a little modernization/ upgrade and some basic necessities such as salt, peeper, coffee, filter, etc but otherwise it truly wad an enjoyable stay.

2021 Beach/family vacay

The property was great. The location was fabulous. We loved walking out the door and being on the bay. loved sitting on the porch in the morning. The beach was clean. The nights were quiet. The beds were comfortable. the kitchen had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Great location and size

This condo is right on the bay, great for going to the beach. It is also large and there are more amenities then listed which is great! Decor is definitely dated and the biggest negative was there were no kitchen staples which I found to be a pain (not even salt, pepper and oil). But overall very good place to rent.

This wonderful beachfront retreat is located in the heart of Mission Bay, walking distance from fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants. These include, but are not limited to: Santa Clara Point on Mission Bay with rentals of sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Just down the boardwalk is Belmont Park with a roller coaster and other park rides, video games, two wave houses and restaurants.
Our condo is located on the 3rd floor of a quaint 3-unit condo complex. This spacious condominium is close to Fanuel Park and the beautiful Catamaran Hotel. The location is a perfect getaway for families or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing weekend on the beach.

We offer two bikes to use during your stay. Use these bikes to take a ride around the bay boardwalk located directly in front of our condo. You can also cross over to the ocean side and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Our condo also includes beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy the beach located directly in front of our condominium.
