Perfect Getaway

Beautiful place for a vacation!

What a wonderful place to stay in Marathon. Can honestly say that this was the cleanest and best equipped condo that we have stayed. It was so relaxing and pretty. To sit by the canal and have cocktails was great. We would like to definitely come back to this piece of paradise! Joe, the owner, was extremely accomadating. Five star all the way!

Great stay

The condo was just as depicted in the pictures. All up to date appliances and the place felt very home-y. The condo was very comfortable for my husband and little sister. There is also a pool, which was nice and not very crowded, all the neighbors/ other guests were respectful. Will definitely return.

Lovely stay at a great condo community!

Joe was a great communicator and we really enjoyed staying at his property! He gave us great options to check out in the area which was lots of fun. The condo was furnished with everything we could need in the kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great living room. We loved spending time in the pool which had shade even in the heat of the day! If we ever make it back to the Keys, we'll definitely look to come back to this property!

Fantastic Condo!

Our family had a wonderful time at Seas the Day! The interior was super clean, has nice finishes, and classy decor. We enjoyed the heated pool, which is located adjacent to the canal. The wifi worked great for our Zoom meetings. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Everything was easy and it was a great overall experience. We would definitely love to come back!

Slice of Paradise!

This was the perfect location for our first time in the Keys. Joe's home was exactly as pictured, very clean, and easy to find. Joe was very accommodating and gave several suggestions that enhanced our trip. Joe's home was fully stocked and he had a lot of extras to make our stay even more comfortable. The pool was never crowded, and everyone was so welcoming and nice. The canal was beautiful and the manatees were so fun to watch. We definitely would book this location again.

Fun-Relaxing-Comfortable

Joe and Andrea were great hosts and immediately available for questions and couple minor things they helped resolve asap! The condo was comfortable and very clean. The overall condo community was maintained. Dockside was low key and clean. Good location away from US1 for noise. Marathon was a great central location in keys. Definitely a place we will stay again in future. Thank you for offering great lodging that made our vacation awesome!

Clean & comfortable great middle keys location

The condo was easy to find, with easy parking. We entered a clean, inviting, well appointed relaxing space. The saltwater pool and coutyard are well kept. Joe gave great recommendations on dining in the area. There was plenty of space for our group of two couples. Close to two beaches, walkable to one of them, close to state parks, easy drive to the lower keys and Islamorada. An ironing board and a few more clothes hangers would have been a nice touch, probably not a big deal for most, I'm a linen wearer. Everything in the unit worked as it should have. Thanks for sharing that slice of paradise.

Perfect Keys Getaway

I would definitely come back to "Seas The Day" again. All furnishings brand new, high quality and comfortable. Beautifully decorated.. Quality linens on new mattresses. There was not one accessory I needed that wasn't already there. The owners gave much attention to every detail. The neighborhood was safe, walking distance to beach and local stores. The heated pool was clean, the grounds well maintained. Sombrero beach state park is 3 miles away, a clean groomed public beach. We had hoped to snorkel on this trip, but there was a cold snap and too windy - I will be back to do it next time. Joe is a very responsive host and provided the best hospitality. One suggestion may be to provide folding beach chairs to take to beach, other than that, amenities were perfect. Thank you again!

Paradise Found!

Seas The Day Condo, was perfect for my family! My son, his wife and 2 young children stayed in the queen room, that was large enough for a pack n play, they had plenty of room. Joe allowed us a flexible booking, where all other rentals in the area rented from Sat. to Sat. I needed Tuesday to Tuesday, I thank you for that! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice, fun vacation in Marathon. The furniture was new, comfortable & clean! Kitchen was fully stocked with many items that most rentals don't supply. This condo is on the bottom floor, it is very peaceful, & quiet property! We were in Marathon for my daughter's wedding, so, we had other family members who rented the upper Condo, we never heard any noise coming from above. I loved the very nice courtyard, the beautiful pool, there's a boat ramp on the property, also a BBQ. The Location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, fishing, Key West & The Seven Mile bridge, as well. Thank You for a week of paradise! Joseph is an Awesome Host! We'll be back soon.

Very comfortable condo in great location

We really enjoyed our time at Seas the Day. It really shows that the owner cares about his guests' enjoyment of their visit. Everything is well maintained, carefully thought out so that the guest has optimum comfort and relaxation. The pool was great. Location is ideal for all we wanted to do - not too far from Key West. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches. Suggest Latitudes Restaurant, Opal Key Resort at Sunset Key in Key West and Sombrero Beach.

“Seas the Day” to rent this AMAZING paradise property!

From our first contact to the day we had to sadly go home, our experience staying in this AWESOME rental was Exceptional! Our host Joe was completely attentive, assuring that our stay was a great experience. The condo is immaculate and is meticulously stocked with everything you could think of! Joe was communicative and gave us great recommendations on local must sees for beaches, restaurants and shops. The property pool is very nice and sits on a lovely canal with your own boat slip! And there were manatees right in front! The location of this property is just ideal, a short distance to all of the Key’s hot spots, like Key West, etc. The condo features a quaint screened in porch that we had coffee in the morning and cocktails at happy hour, while enjoying the peaceful sound of breeze through the palms. We have stayed in many rental units and this one was by far the best total experience, a true FIVE STAR rental! We definitely will come back to this rental again, as it truly has everything to need and more! Great Florida decor and comfortable furniture and bed!

Excellent experience

We have stayed at over 6 VRBOs, and this was the best experience we have had. It is a lot of little things that make a difference. Such as nice dinnerware for inside, plastic for pool/outdoor settings, and the extra propane tank for the outdoor grill. There were pots and pans that I would own in my own home. Normally they are goodwill rejects. Overall the quality of the condo was first rate; the unit was spotless with high quality furniture. It is a very nice unit. We had a few questions and texted the owner and received almost immediate responses back. I would recommend this VRBO to my friends and I would stay again.

I was extremely satisfied with everything at this place. Joseph and Andrea where extremely accommodating with us arriving early in Marthon. The house was great, the boat slip was great, private boat ramp was great, parking for the trailer and truck was great. Our stay was just a great at your place. Thank you!!!!

OMG

By far the best VRBO we have ever stayed. The host went out of their way to ensure our stay was what we were looking for. I can’t say enough about the location, pool, furnishings, boat dock. The list can go on but to summarize it up, we will stay here again.. I recommend this property without hesitation.

Awesome Condo

This condo has all the amenities we were looking for in a home away from home. It’s in a great location, very clean, lovely decorated, comfortable beds, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. The owners, Andrea and Joe, are the best. They are very accommodating and have thought of everything you may need. Nice pool and a great common area on the canal where you can watch the sunrise and have cocktails later in the day. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Keys.

I let the fish go!

Awesome owners! Very nice relaxing place! Pool is heated! Walk in, and enjoy condo! We did not cook while we stayed. Clean place! Beds are comfy as are pillows! That’s a plus in the keys! Will return hopefully soon.

Spring Break 2021

The complex was just big enough and the location was very close to everything we needed. All amenities were great and everything was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
