We offer this charming 35 m² cottage with swimming pool for rent in the Résidence de la Varde in Saint-Malo, less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 3 travelers. It features an attractive living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a 20 m² garden with terrace. Cleaning, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with a TV and a sofa.
- An open kitchen equipped with a toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine, dining area, crockery and cutlery.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed.
- A shower room.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A shared swimming pool within the residence (not heated), open from 15 June to 15 September.
- A beautiful garden of 20 m² with a terrace and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A private car park in front of the house for 1 vehicle.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, washing machine.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment located 500m from the beach of La Varde, which will charm you for your family stay by the sea. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Nearby:
500m from the beach of La Varde and 1 km from the town of Rothéneuf: delicatessen, bakery, caterer, pharmacy, creperie, bar, wine cellar, decoration shop, restaurants, etc. 600m from the Plage du Pont.
- 2km from Paramé: weekly market, hypermarket, cinema, and other shops.

Activities:
- Access to four beaches on foot, between 250m and 500m (Le Nicet, la Varde, le Pont and le Havre à Rothéneuf), access to the GR 34 (coastal path of the tour of Brittany) at 100m, access to Saint-Malo (Intra-Muros) on foot (4.5km) by the beach of Rochebonne and then le Sillon.
- Tennis court and table tennis room in the residence, open all year round.
- Sailing school at Rochebonne beach (2 km) and Bon Secours beach (5 km)
- Visits to Mont Saint Michel, Cancale, Dinan, Dinard, the whole Emerald Coast, etc.
