1 bedroom, two bathroom renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast.

Pelican Beach Resort is on the beach, no need to cross any roads.

In addition to the King bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 people. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom in the hall.

This unit offers a full kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils and cooking equipment. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this fine unit. Enjoy super high speed complimentary Wifi.

Pelican Beach Resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with great dining and shopping around and right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park. In addition, there are many recreational activities nearby.

All Pelican Beach units, balconies and common areas are smoke-free.

We enjoyed our stay while we were there the room was very clean and nice there was a great view from our balcony. We found minor issues with the room that most likely were never reported to the owners. I reported them to the Bilhan Family (Haydar)and he contacted the Pelican service department, and they sent a man right up to make repairs. The service man was very nice got right to work and made repairs. One thing that was bad for us was the bedroom is along the hallway and at night the lights in the hallway are bright and the light came in around the curtain we had to cover the window to keep the light out. as we walked down the hall, we noticed that all the windows but ours have shutters on them (inside the rooms) to block the lights this would be a good thing to add to the window.

Great Choice

Clean and updated, without any issues. Checkin was easy, and everything was as expected or better. Only downside is that it is a very busy property, but it does have ammenities that comes with a property that size.

On the Beach

The property was clean and had comfortable pillows/bed. The unit had a balcony view of the ocean/beachfront. The unit had beach equipment on the balcony that you could use. The kitchen had enough essential to include a cooler you could pack up for the beach. Definitely well appointed!

We really enjoyed our stay! What a great view of the ocean/beach, just beautiful and the condo itself is just as pictured and has everything you need. Haydar was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to any of our questions. We would definitely love to go back here our next visit to the Destin area!

Great stayed

This place is very nice to stay, great view!!. It was clean and it had everything we needed. But what i liked the most was the great communication with the owner and that he even let us check in early.

Perfect Getaway

We were immediately impressed by communication with the owner. He even gave us his cell # right after we reserved our nights. The condo is beautifully furnished and was very clean. And the view was amazing. Pelican Beach was great for the kids, they had two heated outdoor pools and an easy to use beach access with showers. Fair warning, the room is right next to the elevators. We thought the foot traffic might keep us awake at night, but it didn’t bother us at all. All in all it was a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

We are a family of four and we love to travel. Our first choice is to stay in a condo where we can cook, relax and spend time together as a family. Convenience is a big factor for us since we have two children. There are plenty of activities around for all ages and many shops are conveniently located (Whole foods, Walmart, outlet mall to name a few). In this condo we focus on things that are important for us when we travel with our two children.
