Large and comfortable waterfront house, features a master suite & a separate bath on the main floor, 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs, and downstairs, there's a bunk room with three full-sized beds, and a full bath. Also downstairs, there's a kitchenette, a game room with a pool table, and a theater room.

Big rocking chair porch with a gas grill on main level and a patio with a porch swing below. No steep stairs to the lake. Just walk out the downstairs door, and make your way down to the lake, after passing down a few stairs to a deck with a picnic table, going down a few more stairs to a fire pit, and across the sloping grass to the dock gangway which leads to a large dock with swim platform and use of 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle-boards and life vests. Easy parking area with room for 4 cars.

The Cool Cat Cottage is perfect for family gatherings and relaxing times at the Lake. If you are planning a big party or loud celebrations into the early hours, this is not the place for you. Our neighbors are our friends and sound carries across the Lake. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. We are happy to share our house but please be respectful. Thanks so much for your interest.
