We had an absolutely wonderful vacation, the property and lake view was breathtaking! The host was fantastic with communication with any questions or needs we had arise! The property was well maintained and the kitchen was very well stocked with essentials! Even our teen said “this is our best vacation we have taken” and we all know from a teen that is a fantastic review! We are definitely keeping this property in mind to vacation again!

We love this house, we are repeat visitors. Host was welcoming, reached out the first evening to make sure we found everything satisfactory and gave additional helpful information. We loved using the kayaks, paddle boards, and the pontoon boat on the gorgeous quiet lake. The water was perfect, clean and refreshing. The new for us outdoor space was so cozy to sit by a blazing fire and watch a movie with the grandkids during a rain shower, that was a highlight of the kids. Beds and pillows were very clean and comfortable, lots of towels and the most equipped kitchen I have ever seen, with a cabinet full of spices etc for our use. There was even a ziplock bag full of rice dedicated for phone use in event of it falling into the lake! Amazing stay, looking forward to our next visit already.

Host was very nice and communicative. There was sooooo much to enjoy on the property. I have to say, it’s the most well stocked rental Ive been in. I couldnt imagine needing to bring anything extra to stay entertained. The kitchen was beyond full of supplies. The area is quite beautiful

Idyllic vacation home

We love this place, my family has stayed here 3 times and we will definitely be back. Best stocked rental ever, they have everything you need for a family vacation.

Wonderful home. Cozy outdoor living room with fireplace was great for after dinner movies. The boat house was fully stocked with everything you need for fun in the lake. The house had all the touches that make it feel like a home.

Beautiful cabin on the lake!

My family and I loved our stay here. Beautiful spot on the water and ample space in the bedrooms. Amazing location, gracious host, everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. We would love to come back again!

Perfect house on the lake

This is the first time we have ever stayed at a property twice. The lake is absolutely beautiful, so quiet. Diane has thought of every detail and the house has everything you need and more. Cannot wait to come back.

Beautiful lakeside home

This house has it all! One of the most spectacular lake views, clean and spacious, and very well stocked. Pristine lake water and every lake accessory to have fun on the lake which includes paddle boards, canoes, pontoon boat and fishing poles. Will definitely come back. Diane was very helpful and made my stay so much easier.

Family summer lake vacation

We had an amazing vacation with our family (11 of us, 6 adults and 5 kids)! Beautiful home and lake, Diane is very kind and responsive. So many little touches that make the home special. Easily the cleanest house we’ve stayed in. Would love to stay again!

Lake House

This house/cabin was one of greatest we ever stayed so far. Kitchen well stocked, dining and living room give space for all of us. Great lake view. Highly recommend staying here!!

I booked this place for my wedding party and myself to stay at. This home is beautiful. The outdoor area with the fireplace was our favorite part! We had such a great time staying here. Also, the host was the most thoughtful and great host I’ve ever encountered. She left us a very sweet wedding gift. I can’t recommend this place enough. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect, family vacation

This was our second time staying here and it again was perfect in every way. Diane’s home is super clean , and is fully stocked with anything you may need . The view of the lake is amazing and my family enjoyed skiing all Week. The house is also well equipped with life vests and water toys. This was our 5th summer on lake Nantahala and this is our favorite house !!

Amazing lakefront home

has everything you need - including a pontoon boat! House was very clean with high end furnishings and amazing views of the lake. They just finished an outside area that was great for relaxing and hanging out. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone looking to vacation on the lake. Owners were the best to deal with!

Beautiful lakehouse with great amenities

Our family had a great time during our stay! Loved new deck, fireplace, Blackstone grill, stocked kitchen supplies. Wifi signal in main house was good and having landline phone was great. Diane was a wonderful hostess, keeping in touch, attentive and responsive.
