That is life at this North Forest Beach villa, a condo personally hand-crafted by Robert Graves Sr., one of Hilton Head Island's first and most celebrated developers. His vision for space, light, and comfort lives in every corner of this home.

 

The space

Designed to welcome up to 8 guests, the villa opens into generous, sunlit living areas where natural light pours in through expansive windows. The living room is large enough for a proper game night or a movie marathon, and the layout flows naturally from room to room - making it easy for a group to gather or spread out. As the only property in the building with curbside entry and patio beach access, the connection between your front door and the shoreline is seamless.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three well-appointed bedrooms give everyone their own space. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a sleeper sofa, the second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom also has a king bed - sleeping 8 in total across all beds. Every room reflects the attention to detail that defines this villa, from the bed linens to the thoughtful furnishings.

 

Kitchen & dining

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a casual breakfast to a proper dinner spread. You will find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The dining table seats the group comfortably - pull up a chair, spread out a map of the island, and plan the day's adventures.

 

Bathrooms

With 3.5 bathrooms, there is never a queue in the morning. Each bathroom is stocked with essentials, and a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water are all available. Everything you need is already here.

 

Staying in & working remotely

Strong Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make this villa a genuine option for remote work or study between beach days. The elevator makes moving through the building effortless, and the private entrance keeps arrivals and departures smooth. An iron, washer, and dryer are on hand for longer stays, and long-term stays are welcome.

 

Shared amenities

The resort pool, outdoor hot tub, and fitness center are all available to guests. The outdoor pools are heated in March and April. An indoor pool is also accessible on the property. Whether you want a sunrise swim, a post-beach soak, or a workout before dinner, it is all right here.

 

Location

The villa sits in the North Forest Beach neighborhood, on a one-mile stretch of beachfront that begins at Coligny Circle - one of Hilton Head Island's most beloved and active beach communities. Bike rentals, boutique shopping, restaurants ranging from casual to elegant, and golf courses are all within easy reach. And at the end of it all, the beach is just steps away, ready for an evening stroll or a late-night session of stargazing.

 

A sister villa, 102 SeaCrest, is located just across the hall and can be rented separately or together with this property for even larger groups.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
