Located in a beautiful 18th century building in the heart of the historic district, the flat is particularly quiet and also gives you access to a small private terrace.

Museums, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, bars and shops in its immediate surroundings.

DEPOSIT

As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €250 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €3.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

BREAKFAST

We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. Menus, details and prices will be available in the flat, and you can also ask your concierge for more information.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Airport stop to the Palais de Justice stop and walk 8 minutes

From the Gare St Jean :
Take tramway C or D from Gare St Jean to Place de la Bourse and walk 3 minutes

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public parking "Parking Pey Berland" is located 150 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is 20€ for the day.
