THE ACCOMMODATION

Bright and comfortable 75 mÂČ flat with air conditioning located in the heart of the famous Golden Triangle of Bordeaux.
The bright and spacious living room will welcome you for convivial moments, during which you can enjoy a patio and a bright balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen, with a large countertop, will allow you to cook just like at home, with all the necessary equipment. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.

A bathroom with shower and double basin and 2 bedrooms make up the sleeping area of the flat.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) and the second one has two single beds (90 cm).

You will be staying in the historical heart of Bordeaux, and will be able to take advantage of all the good addresses and places of interest in the immediate vicinity of the flat.

There is a noise detector "Minut" on site.


DEPOSIT

As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €350 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €4,50 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

GETTING AROUND

From MĂ©rignac Airport:
Take bus 1 from the MĂ©rignac AĂ©roport stop to the Gambetta MĂ©riadeck stop and walk 5 minutes.

From the Gare Saint Jean:
Take tram line C or D from Gare St Jean to Quinconces and walk 7 minutes.

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public parking "Grands Hommes" is located 500 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is €20 per day.

everything is great about this place. Huge kitchen, living room and bathroom. Prime location! 2 full bedrooms, washer dryer, 2 patios, great wifi. We were very impressed. Johnathan was great with communication! Would return.

We had difficulty because VRBO gave me the wrong address, but Pierre resolved the problem, quickly and was very good at communicating. Inside the apartment was clean and in good condition, except that some of the lights didn’t work. The entry into the apartment felt very run down and the winding uneven steps were not well lit. And a bit creepy. The location was perfect.

The apartment and service was very good. A little disappointed on arrival that the lights on the hallway didn’t work and the bin in the hall needed to be emptied, however, it was collected that evening. The apartment was clean and well organised and it was lovely to have tea and coffee facilities stocked. The person responding to my messages was really helpful, as was the lady who checked us in. The twin beds were a little small but the other, larger room was beautiful. Thank you and I would recommend the apartment for anyone looking for a central location in Bordeaux.

Repetiremos sin duda, y ya lo hemos recomendado a familiares y amigos. EstĂĄ super bien ubicado, las fotografĂ­as no le hacen justicia a la realidad, ya que es mejor, es muy cĂłmodo, limpio, funcional, hay todo tipo de enseres (plancha, tabla de planchar, secador, carro de la compra, todo lo necesario para cocinar, el supermercado estĂĄ a 3 minutos andando no es difĂ­cil aparcar y el contacto con la conserje es muy fluido. Lo recomiendo.

Schöne Wohnung, leider vieles Defekt bzw. nicht funktionstĂŒchtig.

Die Wohnung an sich, die Lage und auch der Check-In/Check-Out waren sehr gut. Leider ist vieles defekt bzw. funktioniert nicht. Ein Lavabo ohne Ablauf, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer nicht funktionstĂŒchtig und fast alle TĂŒrfallen defekt. Der Zugang zum Balkon kann nur mit sehr viel Geschick und GlĂŒck geschlossen werden. Auch die Sauberkeit der KĂŒche und des Geschirrs entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Tisch war dreckig und die Pfannen hatten noch Eingebranntes, welches vorgĂ€ngig entfernt werden musste. An sich wĂ€re die Wohnung tip top. Die Wohnung benötigt jedoch im aktuellen Zustand doch einiges an Wartung. Leider sind viele der Defekte seit Monaten bekannt, wurden jedoch noch nicht behoben.

NOTRE SMS : Bonjour Mandy, hier matin nous avons fait part de nos plusieurs soucis Ă  Marcel, qui nous avait accueilli le 15 et nous avait proposĂ© de le contacter au moindre souci. jusqu'Ă  maintenant nous avons pas eu de rĂ©ponse de sa part alors je me permets de relier notre message Ă  vous. Bonjour Marcel globalement l’appartement est agrĂ©able Ă  vivre mais il y a 2-3 points qui nous posent souci surtout par ce temps froid đŸ„¶ : 1. le chauffage-clim de la cuisine ne fonctionne que en mode ventilateur- l’air froid sort en mode chauffage (mĂȘme en montant Ă  25) il ne chauffe pas. 2. le sĂšche-serviette de la SDB ne fonctionne pas non plus (la tĂ©lĂ©commande ne s’allume pas - pbm de pile ? ) 3. pas de papiers de toilette (nous avons cherchĂ© mais trouvĂ© nulle part) pourriez-vous svp passez dans la journĂ©e (nous ne seront pas lĂ ) et rĂ©gler ceux-ci? en vous remerciant par avance Jean Marc et Tatiana REPONSE : Bonjour, la climatisation est rĂ©glĂ©e pour l'Ă©tĂ© mais ne fait pas de chaud par contre vous avez un radiateur Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'entrĂ©e terrasse qui fonctionne trĂšs bien ainsi que ceux des chambres. Pour le sĂšche serviette je demande car je ne sais pas. Pour le papier nous Ă©tions en rupture mais je peux Ă©ventuellement vous dĂ©poser deux rouleaux si besoin. ....................................................... personne ne nous ait dĂ©posĂ© de papier de toilette, nous n’avons jamais eu la rĂ©ponse pour la sĂšche serviette

Les clés ont été réceptionnées sans difficultés, l'appartement bien équipé, bien situé et propre. Le centre de Bordeaux est magnifique avec tous ses commerces à proximité. Aucune difficulté à trouver un taxi pour les déplacements un peu éloignés.

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© pour rayonner dans Bordeaux. Le logement est agrĂ©able. Bonne literie. Par contre mal insonorisĂ©, donc une nuit Ă©pouvantable avec des jeunes faisant la fĂȘte dans la rue...Impossible de dormir...il faudrait peut etre revoir le vitrage? En dehors de ce problĂšme rien a redire.

TrĂ©s bien situĂ©, cet appartement est vaste et relativement bien Ă©quipĂ©. C’est notamment le cas pour la literie, la vaisselle, les couverts et les instruments de cuisine. Le lit de la chambre principale Ă©tait confortable. Les communications avec le responsable de l’entreprise de location qui annonce cet unitĂ© sur Abritel ont cependant Ă©tĂ© laborieuses. D’abord parce que les photos affichĂ©es sur le site (ainsi que certaines caractĂ©ristiques telle la prĂ©sence d’un ascenseur) au moment de la rĂ©servation ne correspondaient Ă  l’unitĂ© effectivement offerte (une inversion entre deux unitĂ©s a-t-il mentionnĂ© comme explication), ensuite parce qu’à quelques reprises, certains de nos messages par courriel (mail) sont restĂ©s sans rĂ©ponse. Autre bĂ©mol : les chaises, les siĂšges-coussins (de style sac-haricot) et le sofa qui Ă©quipent l’appartement sont trĂšs inconfortables. Ensuite, le lave-linge dont devait ĂȘtre Ă©quipĂ© l’appartement Ă©tait dysfonctionnel puisque la porte de l’appareil avait Ă©tĂ© arrachĂ©, semble-t-il par le locataire prĂ©cĂ©dent. Bref, une Ă©valuation en demi teinte.

Very comfortable apartment with a great location!

We, two adults and two teenagers stayed for three nights at this beautifully and well equipped apartment in real centre of Bordeaux. The apartment had everything what we needed and very clean too. Thank you for the smooth communication with Mandy and Hugo before and after check-in.
