Located on Rue du Bon-Pasteur, in one of Lyon’s liveliest and most central neighbourhoods, just a few minutes’ walk from Place des Terreaux and the Croix-Rousse hill, you’ll love the light, tranquillity and comfort of this traditional silk-weaver’s flat, featuring vintage décor and furniture.

The 50 m² flat is on the 4th floor with no lift.

You’ll enjoy a lovely living room with an HD TV and a small hammock for relaxation, as well as a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with a table for four.

Upstairs, there are two separate mezzanines with exposed beams:

On one side, a charming sleeping area with a new 140×190 cm bed (ceiling height 1.55 m).

On the other side, a study area for working (ceiling height 1.75 m).

Finally, a beautiful bathroom with a shower and toilet.
In the living room there is a 140×190 cm sofa bed.

An ideal place for a romantic getaway or a business trip, in a peaceful setting that invites you to relax.

The lovely kitchen is fully equipped for cooking just like at home: hob, oven or microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc.

We provide a few essentials: pasta, rice, and other basic necessities.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

We provide soap and shower gel from the eco-friendly brand GREENLAB.

As mentioned in the listing, parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited within our flat.
Smoking is also prohibited inside the flat. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.
