Located in the peaceful Cap Armor residence in Erquy, this 50 m² one-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests close to the coast. The property is on the garden level, with a few steps down on the entrance side, approximately 200 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the town centre and shops.

The living area opens directly onto the enclosed terrace and includes a lounge space with television and a sofa bed for 2 guests. It is suitable for shared meals, planning coastal outings and enjoying quieter evenings after the beach.

The equipped open-plan kitchen makes everyday meals easy during the stay. It includes a hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with double bed for 2 guests and large wardrobe
- 1 sofa bed for 2 guests in the living room

The shower room includes a shower, washbasin and washing machine. The toilet is separate.

The enclosed terrace with outdoor furniture and parasol extends the living space whenever the weather allows, suitable for meals or quiet breaks after walks.

Private parking space no. 13, located in front of the terrace, makes arrivals and daily travel easier during the stay.

From the apartment, guests can easily alternate between the beach, Erquy town centre shops and walks towards the harbour or Cap d’Erquy.
