Bellu Querciu, with its view of the vineyards, is a beautiful and large family house, rated 4 stars, ideal for your holidays in Cap Corse.

Spread over 2 levels, each with its own entrance, it is perfect for families or friends who wish to spend quality time together while having their freedom. It can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably and has all the necessary comforts: fully equipped, linen provided, beds made on arrival, wifi, ideal location to enjoy the region (5 min drive from the beach, walks...), large garden and swimming pool for lazy moments.

Accommodation
This house of 250 m², built on a sloping ground, is spread over 2 levels, each with an independent access.
In total, it has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms/showers, 4 toilets, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and a large garden with swimming pool and terrace.

Level 0
On a fully tiled floor, you will find :
- A functional and equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker...
- A bright living room with a large bay window, including a TV lounge area and a beautiful wooden dining table for 6 people
- 2 nicely decorated bedrooms with 160cm beds
- 1 bedroom for 3 people equipped with a 160cm bed and a single bed
- Bathroom with bathtub and large cabinet with 3 basins

A second space offers you :
- A large, modern and convivial living room with a comfortable lounge area with a fireplace (functional, wood supplied on request, extra charge), a dining table for 8 people and another fully equipped kitchen with a large central island
- 1 double bedroom with a 160cm bed and an adjoining bathroom (bath, double basins, WC)

Outside
In front of the house, enjoy a large garden for a game of pétanque! Please note that it is not enclosed.
On the other side, the swimming pool and the terrace, equipped with tables, deckchairs and parasols. You can enjoy the garden lounge as an aperitif while watching the magnificent sunset over the sea and the vineyards, then continue around a good plancha.
The swimming pool (4x9 m) is open from April to October and is equipped with an alarm.
All children must be supervised by a parent. Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions.
A supplement will be charged if you wish the pool to be heated.

Neighbourhood
This house is located in Patrimonio, a real starting point for the Cap Corse, in a very quiet and residential area in the heart of the village. Ideal to relax and enjoy the view on the vineyards.
On foot, many walks through the vineyards are possible. The sea is 5 minutes away by car, the Marine de Saint Florent is 10 minutes away.

For shops, there is a bread store at the bottom of the house, a grocery shop open all year round, every day and there is a hypermarket 10 minutes away.
In the summer, restaurants are open in the village.

Transport
Bastia is 20 minutes away by car.

The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
