This recently renovated 34m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. Located in an area well served by public transport, it will allow you to easily discover the city of Lyon.
The apartment consists as follows:
- A bedroom with a cupboard to store your belongings.
- A fully equipped open kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and some kitchen utensils.
- A good size bathroom, with a shower, a sink, hairdryer, and a washing machine.
In order to ensure optimal comfort during your stay, we will provide you with hotel-quality linens, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats, toiletries, kitchen towels, welcome capsules, and sachets of tea.

Our home is conveniently located. The key pickup is within walking distance and can be picked up from 08:30 to 23:00. We'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
No pets allowed. No stag, hen, or other parties / event
Shower gel, toilet paper, coffee capsules and welcome tea bags are provided. The guests can purchase additional consumables at the supermarket at the bottom of the building.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
