Our cheery little Hilton Head villa is the ultimate vacation spot for a small family. In fact, it's our own family getaway, so we take great care in making it ideal for yours, right down to family-friendly books and games. Our Sweet P has colorful coastal décor and comfortable bedding that will surely brighten your mornings, and our private deck is perfect for grilling burgers in the evening, and sipping a glass of wine after the kids nod off. In a small residential development with a community pool and new pickleball/tennis court, we’re only a short five minute walk to one of the quietest stretches of beach on Hilton Head Island. A short bike ride (1.5 miles) takes you to Coligny Plaza, Celebration Park, and you're even close to kid-favorite Lawton Stables in Sea Pines, with its horses and petting zoo! Your days will be filled! Please note **We require a signed rental agreement and copy of valid Driver’s license by primary renter for any approved bookings.

Sweet Escape

We had an amazing time in Hilton Head at this property. Perfect location for us with a short 5 min walk to a more private area of the beach, near Sea Pines, and easy bike ride to Coligny and other restaurants/shops nearby (we rented bikes for the week). We really enjoyed the pool and pickleball court at the property. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was also great having a washer and dryer on site. The owners did a wonderful job of quickly answering any questions we had. We couldn't ask for a better experience on our beach vacation!

The condo was very convenient and in an area that wasn't as congested as some of the places on the island. We found everything clean and in working order. The pool was nice and not crowded most days. Thank you for a nice stay.

Hidden gem!

We loved our stay while at Sweet P by the Sea! It was the perfect spot for our family of 4. We loved the adorable decor inside, the cleanliness of the home and the comfort of the furniture. The location on the island is great and just minutes away from everything you could need! Hosts were easy to communicate with and they have everything set up perfectly. Definitely our favorite stay on the island yet!

We loved staying here! The location is so nice - a short walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. The condo looks just like the pictures. It is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of four. Highly recommend!

This condo is the perfect size for a small family or 2 couples and the location is easily accessible to the ocean and nearby venues. We took advantage of the “community” pool and lovely walking trails! I gave a 4 on cleanliness because the carpets didn’t appear to be vacuumed, especially on the stairs. Otherwise, EVERYTHING we needed was provided! We especially appreciated the beach wagon!! Overall, the colorful condo lives up to its “sweet”!

Second wonderful stay!

This was our second summer staying at Sweet P and before we left, I already booked the same week next summer here. The location is just perfect. It’s such a nice quiet complex and my son loves the tennis/basketball court and of course the pool. There’s something special about being able to walk the wooded path to the beach - and this section of the beach is so lovely and peaceful. The bright and beachy decor makes you feel right at home. Parking is super easy right outside the door. Lots of small touches - a small dish soap, dishwasher pods, and we never ran out of paper towels or toilet paper. And I said this in my review last year, but I’ll say it again - the shower in the master bedroom in SO nice! After spending long days in the pool, beach, etc. coming home to take a great shower is so important. Thank you Brian for shaking your home with us again. We’ll be counting down to our week next year.

Perfect for those who value clean and quiet!

We loved our stay at Sweet Pea by the Sea! The location is perfect for those who enjoy the quiet parts of the island. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool is steps away from the back deck. My girls loved all of natures surprises we would find each day on our walk to the beach. It is also a great location for those who love to dine at both ends of the island. The bike trail was right next to the townhouses. We were just sad to learn you can’t enter Sea Pines by bike even with a weekly car pass. However there were still great trails in the other direction. We value and appreciated that this townhome was as clean as they come. We do hope the bed in the master bedroom has been reinforced next time we visit. It was wobbly upon arrival. Overall, this has been our favorite spot on the island with excellent communication from the hosts.

BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOUSE

THIS HOME WAS A PLEASURE FROM THE START. THE OWNERS WERE VERY EASY TO REACH TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. I AM AN INTERIOR DESIGNER AND MOST IMPORTANT WAS STAYING IN A NICELY DECORATED HOUSE. EVERY ROOM WAS FABULOUS. THE BEDS WERE SO COMFORTABLE. I LOVED MY WALK IN SHOWER WITH A STONE FLOOR AND WALLS. TV IN EVERY ROOM. 3 BATHROOMS-KEY WITH THREE WOMEN. KITHEN AND BATHS STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT OR NEED. GREAT SHOPPING AND GROCERY CLOSE TO HOME. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT EVERY NIGHT! BUILT IN SWIMMING POOL OUT OUR BACK DECK. JUST A SHORT WALK DOWN THE PATH TO A CLEAN, NOT VERY CROWDED BEACH. BEACH CHAIRS AND A WAGON ALSO PROVIDED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL TO EVERYONE. I HAVE TRAVELED EVERY SUMMER FOR 40 YEARS. THIS ONE WAS A WINNER!!!!

Wonderful stay and nice location

We stayed for 4 nights during Christmas holidays. The place is very clean, cozy and exactly as in pictures. Perfect for a family of 4-5. Brian and Grace are great hosts and communicated everything. Kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook few meals while it was raining and when it’s not we spent time cycling around to beach areas, shops and restaurants.We would like to stay here again.

Best location in Hilton Head again!

We love Hilton Head and this property. Beach feels almost private, not crowded a short peaceful shaded walk. Pickle ball, pool, parking, great spot to walk and bike. We love it here!

This was our fourth time staying at Sweet P and we already have our reservation booked for next summer because we truly can’t imagine not staying here. As always, we loved the comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, access to the beautiful pool right out the backdoor, close proximity to a peaceful beach area and the beachy decor. The owners are lovely, very communicative and do everything they can to make sure we have a great stay. So happy we found this little piece of heaven on HHI!

Great Location for Little Children

My family and I had a great stay overall. The location is fabulous to walk with little children to the beach. The condo was clean and as described. The problem was that the community pool was “closed” basically all week due to the emergency phone being broken. A requirement that seems outdated in an age where everyone carries a cell phone. There was no health issue with the water and it looked like the phone had been replaced later in the week but the sign remained up. The owners communicated with me and did their best to remedy the problem but it was tough for us because with little children’s’ schedules we couldn’t always walk to the beach. The pool was a major reason for choosing this particular place. I would definitely recommend Sweet Pea by the Sea and hope this issue wouldn’t happen again.

Perfect Location

This was our first time in Hilton Head. We loved exploring and found this location great for doing that. Close to the beach, walking trails and many restaurants. The home is well supplied and comfortable. Loved bird watching on the deck and biking around. Host were very helpful! Would stay again 😊
