Diese schöne Villa hat alles, vor allem Lage!
Die kleine Ocean Gate Community befindet sich am Ende des South Forest Beach Drive, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt.
Mit einem Strandweg auf der anderen Straßenseite bieten diese Villen einen unglaublichen Zugang zum Strand und einen sehr kurzen Spaziergang, ohne die Preise für direkte Einheiten am Meer!
Diese Villa ist geschmackvoll mit neueren Möbeln eingerichtet und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Zuhauses.
Der Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss verfügt über Gewölbedecken, ein großes Schnittsofa und einen an der Wand montierten Flachbild-TV.
Der Essbereich ist zum Wohnbereich hin offen und bietet Platz für 4 Personen am Tisch. Im Bartop können 2 weitere Gäste speisen.
Die Küche ist komplett mit neuen Schränken, Granit, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und einem Essbereich für 2 Personen umgebaut.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem großen Flachbild-TV und ein vollständig aktualisiertes eigenes Hauptbadezimmer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this condo three times and really enjoy it. It's cozy and close to the beach (.25 mile walk on rugged path--wear shoes). The beach in this spot is clean and wide and fairly deserted. The condo has a great little porch, pool out the back door, and is a quiet area. Ample hot water--5 people and we never ran out! We will be back!

Great condo!

We loved this condo! Nice quiet location. Just a short walk to the beach. Everything was perfect from the screened porch looking out toward the pool to the beautifully upgraded kitchen and rooms. We will definitely book this one again! Everything was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay but the place wasn't very clean. There was dog hair every where , the couch had lots of stains, and the floor needed to be mopped. So we went to the store to get things to clean. Once we took care of the previously mentioned, it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Also, there is an appliance in the kitchen that is not grounded (either the microwave or toaster oven) because we got shocked a few times when touching both...which is really dangerous. The owner is rather slow to respond to messages (took over 24 hours to get a response) so we didn't let him know as our stay was coming to an end. Hopefully the owner will read this review and fix that problem immediately. Overall a good time and we will definitely rent again if the'shock' issue is resolved.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a management company, not an individual owner, so your messages go to email. We do have a 24/7 on call number for any maintenance issues. Had we been notified we could have rectified both situations. We have since repaired the faulty outlet.

Comfortable Stay with Easy Beach Access

We had a great stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Check-in was easy with a digital keypad. The pool was nice, and the beach was within walking distance. It felt much quieter than the main public access spot we visited earlier, and we appreciated the hose by the front door for rinsing off sand.One issue was with the bikes. The listing said two were included, but when I asked about adding a third, the host said it came with four adult bikes. That turned out to be incorrect. Only two were there when we arrived. Since we had a bike ride planned that evening, we had to scramble to rent another last minute. If we had been given accurate info, we could have had one delivered ahead of time.Also, some local spots like the Salty Dog Café are in Sea Pines, which has restricted access. You can't walk or bike in unless you're staying there. You can get a vehicle pass for a day or a week, but that only applies to driving in. This isn’t a flaw with the rental itself, just something to be aware of when planning activities.The kitchen was generally well equipped, but one small thing that would have helped was having basic cooking oil on hand. We brought groceries to cook several meals, and while salt and pepper were available, cooking oil was not. It's a minor detail, but something we typically count on being provided at other rentals.Despite those few hiccups, we really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Perfect family condo!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this property, and we really love it for many reasons. The location is great - just a short walk across the street and down a very pretty path to the ocean. We also love that the patio is so close to the private pool, which never had more than a few guests at a time. We were WOWed by the improvements they've made to this condo! The screened in patio room was such a nice addition! We also love the built-ins and window seat that they added to the dining room. The kitchen was well-stocked and all the appliances worked great. The upstairs loft now has a pull-out sofa bed which my kids loved. The electric reclining chair is also nice! Both bedrooms were spacious and had more than enough room for my me, my husband and our two kids. The keypad doorknob was super handy. Just a great condo overall! Only a few negatives (which were not deal-breakers at all for us) - we could have used more washcloths and towels (only one set per person was provided), a couple tiles in the bathroom floors were loose and shifted when you stepped on them, we could not get the living room tv to work at all, and wished the extra pillows had been cleaner/newer and had pillowcases on them. Overall though, we just love this condo and look forward to staying at it again during our next trip to HHI! :)

Last summer vacation with grandkids before school starts

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering, the unit seemed fresh and clean. While unpacking we noticed a mold smell coming from master shower. After further inspection there was black mold on shower walls and floor. I chose to clean myself since it was obvious the housekeeping didn’t clean properly for sometime. Loose floor tiles in both bathrooms, over an 1” debris under couch. Upon leaving, we noticed black mold on ceiling at front door. 2 beach chairs broken, rugs had a ton of sand in them. Close proximity to beach with bike-4mins. We contacted hhi rental company about all things listed above. Never heard back from them. Wouldn’t recommend

Unwanted Guests/Cockroach Infestation

We arrived on Saturday in H.H. Our visit in this unit went downhill quickly! We woke up Sunday morning to an infestation of cockroaches scrambling the counters in the kitchen. I have pictures/videos as proof. Adult and nymphs. I called and e-mailed the Management company which was quick to respond and sent an exterminator out on the same day. Monday we woke up and roaches were in kitchen and living room. Apparently, it takes a while for them to die. I called the Management company and stated this is a health issue and we did not want to stay in this unit. The Management company gave us the option to move us to a much bigger complex or refund our money. We took the refund and were able to find, on our own, and rent a house in Sea Pines. We were/are disappointed that we lost an entire day of vacation packing/looking for housing/and moving. We've stayed in H.H. at many homes and have NEVER had an infestation of roaches! We struggle to believe this unit was properly sprayed for bugs. The unit needs some TLC. The couch could use cleaning. Lose the multiple pillows that have seen fresher days. As much as we love H.H. we DID NOT LOVE THIS UNIT!

Reviewer Comments: We were so pleasantly surprised by this condo. It has been updated since the photos we saw. New flooring throughout and some nice new touches in the living room. So this condo is even better than we expected. It is a two minute bike ride or 4 to 5 minute easy walk to the beach however there is an alternate access 4 minutes bike ride in the other direction that we enjoyed more. Pool was awesome & we will definitely stay here again.

Sister get away

We had a wonderful visit at this lovely villa. It has a beautiful view of the pool. We enjoyed having the bikes right there and the great trails in sea Pines. Loved being so close to the beach club in Sea Pines. We bought a pass for the week and enjoyed the different restaurants and Harbortowne. We had everything we needed but would have liked bigger wine glasses. The water was running slow in the bathrooms, we called and they had it fixed the same day.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Upon arrival we found everything cleaned and in order. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessary appliances, utensils, dishes etc and we enjoyed making breakfast each morning. The pool was cleaned daily and maintained well. We sat on the deck and sipped wine nightly reminiscing about many things. Overall perfect experience and wonderful stay. We would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great location

Our family had a great stay in Hilton Head. The condo is a quick walk to a beautiful beach! A few things in the condo could use fixing but overall we enjoyed our stay. We biked to restaurants and shops which was fun and most of all we loved the beach!

BEST STAY EVER!!!!

The property was so convenient and easy access to the beach. The house was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. Check in and check out were effortless. One of the bikes we had needed repairs and we called and they brought us a new bike in under an hour. We ended up renting a few more and those were delivered then as well. The pool is right out the back door. The house had many helpful amenities I would recommend this property to anyone! What a great experience! You will not be disappointed!!!!!

Location, about 5 minute walk, lots of beach area

Property was nice, comfortable and in a good location. The cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. A few examples; Shoes were under the bed, along with large amounts of dust and dirt. In the tiled shower, hair covered the drain. Due to this, felt the need to clean the areas that we used. Did not trust the extra cleaning , performed by the cleaning staff. We understand it is hard to have enough staff due to the pandemic. Hopefully this improves. Did not notify the property manager, took care of cleaning ourselves.
