Unsere Wohnung befindet sich am Beachside Colony und befindet sich vor dem schönsten Strand auf Tybee. Sie haben Zugang zu den 2 Pools und einem Kinderbecken sowie zum DECK, einem der besten Restaurants in Tybee mit Restaurants am Strand und Poolservice sowie Bars im Innen- und Außenbereich.

Wir haben auch einen großen öffentlichen Park auf der anderen Straßenseite, mit Tennisplätzen, Spielplatz, Basketball, Volleyball und Picknick-Pavillons.

Excellent property. We really enjoyed our stay. Main Bathroom shower/drain needs maintenance. Disappointed that there were 0 beach chairs made available. Suggest that you advise guests to buy their own at Walmart. 10/day/chair feels unnecessary and excessive. Thank you!

Beach vacation

Location was perfect! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The Beach was a quick walk. Our weather was on the rainy side, but we were able to visit Savannah, Hilton Head and Beaufort to avoid most of it.

This is a beautiful condo with a great location. Newly renovated/ decorated with everything you could want or need. Easy vacationing with the beach the pool and on site restaurant. Excellent communication. We would definitely book again.

Week at Tybee

The condo was just as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. Had everything that we needed and some. The location was perfect with just a minutes walk to the beach. Missy was very responsive to any questions that we had. We are ready to book for next year! We had a great time. The only problem we had was the parking. It is a very tight squeeze for a full sized truck.

We had a wonderful stay however we have a few suggestions to share. 1.) please provide a full length mirror. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms. a $10 full length mirror from Walmart would suffice hung behind a door. 2.) The check-in instructions lacked two important additions, When you leave the condo, in order to lock up behind you, you must push the "lock" button. We weren't sure if we put in the code plus lock button. Just be more clear so people don't have to guess. 3.) To leave the parking lot, there were no clear instructions to open the gate. We looked for a keypad but there was none. We finally found a button under 521 garage mounted on the wall. Again, if you make this clear, people won't need to guess and no one will need to bother the property manager. 4.) lastly, I did see critical reviews regarding the parking garage and how difficult it was to park. Boy were they right! We rented a mid-size SUV and it was near impossible to pull in because there were cars parked directly behind our stall which made it very difficult to navigate pulling in. One car never left their spot (not once) so we never had sufficient room to pull in or back out. Also the electrical boxes located to the right as we entered the garage jutted out so far that we nearly hit them. We ended up just parking in the lot. There were many empty spots. Moving the electrical boxes to the front of the garage would make parking a bit easier. Vacationers do not want to damage our rental cars.

Property was exactly as pictured in photos. Clean, comfortable property close to beach! We enjoyed our stay, our only regret was not booking more nights! Minor suggestions for property…please supply Kleenex and soap for showers. All else was great!

Great location

If we visit Tybee again, we would definitely book this rental again. The condo was clean and felt like home. The location to the beach was great. Not having to worry about parking was wonderful. Very close to everything. All around a great rental!

Nice, family fun

The condo was clean & just steps to the beach & pool. We loved having the restaurant right by the beach/pool area. We also walked to the local Mexican spot & ice cream shop. There’s really no need to leave if you don’t want to, but a quick trip to Savannah was nice as well.

The condo was immaculate....clean modern and fully furnished......BUT my major issue is the parking....The slip given to this condo is so narrow, it doesnt accommodate a vehicle larger than a sub compact,,,,,I have $1,012.82 im damage to my 2023 Honda van due to this parking slip....the electrical meters make it impossible to get a large car in the slip.....If it hadnt been for the owner in the condo parking directly behind the slip, Id have had to go home.....The parking should be disclosed on the VRBO page.

Great location

This was a great location on the beach. A short walk to many restaurants and shops. We also walked to the grocery store. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Great Stay on Tybee Island!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a short walk to the beach. The pool area was also very close and a great spot for our kids to swim. The condo itself was nice, clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. It was a short ride into Savannah so we were able to get the best of both the city and the beach!

Great location, beautiful condo

We loved the location mid beach. Easy bike rides to the north and south ends of the island. Tybee is beautiful, but definitely check closely for events going on. We were there during the Orange Crush weekend and would not do that again. It was gridlock.. but Missy’s communication was stellar and their condo is beautiful. And a super short walk to the beach and restaurants. We’d definitely stay there again.

Wonderful and relaxing

Myself along with 2 girlfriends stayed at this property. The kitchen is well equipped and ready to be used, the beds are comfortable, very clean. Beach is steps away with best beach bar restaurant also within steps from condo. Communication with owner was seamless. Would stay again.

We had the perfect girls weekend getaway over St. Patrick’s Day weekend. The condo was clean, organized, and comfortable. The host was quick to respond and meet any need we had. I would definitely stay here again!
