The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed with a hall bath with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The second guest bedroom has a queen and a double bed, and the fourth guest bedroom features a twin over a double bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. These two guest rooms share a hall bath with a corner shower.

Adjacent to the living room is a sunroom with additional sleeping arrangements, including two double-sleeper sofas and a twin sleeper chair. It's an excellent space for watching movies, playing games, or sharing stories! The living room also has a twin sleeper chair if needed.

- A $50 per day fee for pool heating must be prepaid (not available in the Summer).
- This is a nonsmoking property, and smoking is forbidden on the premises.
