Quiet Location

The location of the property is nice if you enough the busier end of 30A. It does sit back far enough from the road that it is quiet. The pool was quiet as well. We enjoyed our stay and it is such an easy, short walk to the beach.

Great location!

This property is awesome, small but super comfortable. The location is awesome, you can walk to the beach. Something I would recommend is to get better cleaning, shower really needs to be cleaned better.

Great Place to Stay

This place was awesome, everything was great about it. The location, the cleanliness, and the communication. Viviana was very fast to respond and super helpful. It was a short walk to the beach and pool. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to PCB!

My husband and I live in Northwest Georgia. We’ve been married 31 years and have 4 kids that love Panama City Beach. Now as adults they enjoy the condo and PCB with their family. We love to travel and spend time with family and friends. We specially love the Gulf’s white sandy beaches and sunsets. Since we purchased our condo we've consistently worked on it to make it our own making sure it is beautiful, comfortable and clean. We love that we can share it with other families. It's been a Blessing.

We bought this condo because we wanted to invest in a vacation property that we could drive to. This condo was the closest to our home and located at the most Beautiful Beach for our family. We have four kids and after years of traveling to Panama City Beach they still enjoy and value our second home and the Beauty of the Gulf. We hope you enjoy our second home and the Beach as much as we do.

Souvenir Store.

- Only a 19 minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches Airport.

- Quiet Condominium community.

- Two pools for Condominiums and a hot tub. Restrooms inside the Community Club
House.

- 9 minute drive to Runaway Island Restaurant on the beach.

-17 minute drive to Barefoot on the Beach Bar and Grill.

-27 minutes away from St. Andrew's State Park. We love the sunsets there, because you can also see the dolphins swimming just beyond the Jetty rocks.

-12 minute drive to Rosemary Beach, 30A beach towns, and Big Bad Breakfast Restaurant.
