Set on one of two 18-hole courses in the resort, this is a highly-sought-after end unit. This 3-bedroom 3-bathroom townhome is approximately 1600 sq feet with an additional 329 sq ft of lanai space. The L-shaped lanai spills out to a yard and 14th Fairway with sweeping views of sunset skies and Kohala mountain.

My family of five stayed four nights and very much enjoyed the condo and the location. Great amenities and good location to visit beaches/sights both to the North and South. Wonderful stay!

Fairway villas at Waikoloa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waikoloa fairway villas. Listing was as described. Beautiful and clean interior. Everything worked well. No issues. The location is very close to shops and restaurants. Beach access is a five minute drive. AC was great to have is this area heats up during the day. There were several beach amenities in the garage which was great. Chairs, cooler, umbrella etc. The garage is quite small and can be tough to get into. Anything bigger than a midsize sedan probably won't fit. Our family loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Great place!

We enjoyed staying here - the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and it was convenient to the shops and the beach. Relaxing view of the golf course from the lanai! Very quiet, we felt like we were by ourselves. The biggest downside = the wifi was spotty at times...not sure if this was an issue across the complex or just in this condo. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
