Pool, Pet Friendly Home close to Mayo, TPC & Beach

Currently looking for renters needing longer 6 month or longer stays maybe available sometime in Jan. Includes pool maintenance and lawn and garden care. Please message me about possible shorter stays. Entire 3 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage style home near the beach, restaurants, shopping and just minutes to Mayo clinic and TPC. Home has a doggy door (for smaller dogs--but big dogs are welcome too) and a secure backyard for pets; and lovely pool for fun, relaxation and interaction.

The space
House has Fast Internet access for streaming and a 1 Flat screen TV but does not have cable. Our space is unique because the location is awesome. It is literally a 5 minute, 1.4 mile drive be the beach. The entire home is set up for our guests convenience. There is grocery stores, Trader Joe’s and target all with 3 minutes of the house.

Guest access
This is a smoke free home.

Home has a keyless pad lock that is reset between guests. I live nearby to help if anything comes up but value guests’ privacy.

The house is about 1000 sq ft plus a covered patio and large backyard. Up to 3 children 14 years and younger can stay at the house and not count toward the guest count but please let me know so adequate towels and supplies can be provided.

Guest have access to the whole house including the garage which has a full sized washer and dryer for their convenience, but pool and cleaning supplies are kept in garage so please keep children out of the garage.

Other things to note
This is a great small house. We love it and hope you will too.

House does not have cable tv but does have fast wifi and the ability to stream and service you may belong to. Pool is not heated so probably not swimmable in the winter. The twin mattress is a pull out from under the other bed. Part of love for any house is the quirky features or noise. Because the air conditioner is in the middle of the house (and has been awesome), it has a pump to move the water out. Occasionally this makes a thunk sound.
