The Station House, Listowel. Historic railway station house beside the Greenway

The Station House is a unique, historically important property located in the centre of Listowel. Opened in 1880, this listed building was part of the old North Kerry Line railway and also served the Lartigue Monorail to Ballybunion.

Built of cut limestone and featuring beautiful double arched sash windows, the Station House is full of character and charm. What was once the railway platform is today an enclosed private garden with an outdoor dining area. The garden now backs onto the Greenway.
