You will receive access details a few days before arrival once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure a smooth and secure experience. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed prior to arrival and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

Guests have access to the full home, except for the garage which is not available for guest use.

Large windows and sliding doors connect indoor and outdoor living, allowing fresh sea breezes to flow through the home. Step outside to an expansive backyard, perfect for relaxed afternoons, backyard cricket, or even a slip-and-slide on warm days - a great space for both kids and adults to enjoy.

The home is set in a beautiful coastal environment. From time to time, you may see local wildlife or insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of the charm. We recommend keeping food sealed and doors closed when possible. If anything arises, we’re always happy to assist.
