Magic on Maru is a spacious and inviting holiday home designed for relaxed getaways and memorable stays. Whether you're travelling with family, a group of friends, or colleagues, this home offers comfort, entertainment, and plenty of room for everyone.



This well-appointed property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with two separate living areas, giving guests the flexibility to spread out or come together. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine capable of making barista style coffee or utilising standard coffee pods, making it easy to start your day right or enjoy meals at home.



Families will love the fully fenced yard providing peace of mind for children to play safely. Little ones are also catered for with a high chair and portacot available (please bring your own cot linen). There’s no shortage of entertainment with a trampoline, outdoor play equipment, table tennis, board games, and more. After a day of exploring, unwind in the spa pool or relax on the large deck with seamless indoor-outdoor flow, a BBQ, and comfortable outdoor furniture.



With space to sleep up to 12 guests, Magic on Maru is ideal for larger groups looking to stay together without compromising on comfort.



Conveniently located just minutes from Kokomea Village Centre—Taupo’s newest shopping hub with a supermarket, eateries, and essentials—and close to The Landing entertainment centre, everything you need is nearby. The vibrant Taupo Town Centre is only a 10-minute drive away, making this the perfect base to explore the region.

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single beds (can be made up as 1 x King bed upon request)



Bedroom 3: 1 x Single over Double Bunk bed



Bedroom 4: 1 x Queen bed



Media Room: 1 x Queen Sofa bed + 1 x Single Daybed (both can be made up upon request)



House Rules and Information -



Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat/trailer parking. Guests are also welcome to use the internal garage.



*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
