The entire property is for your use only during your booking dates.

Although we don`t stay on site, a team member is available throughout your stay.

There aren`t any photos of the rear garden as the lawn was only sprayed this week ( 13 June 2025).

Therefore there isn`t a play area for children however there is a park not too far away.
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
