Welcome to Lakefront at 5 Mile, an ultimate family-friendly lake house nestled right on the shores of Taupo’s stunning 5 Mile Bay. With uninterrupted views, direct access to the lake, and everything you need for a relaxing or adventure-filled getaway, this is the perfect spot for your next Taupo escape.
Step straight from the deck to the water’s edge. The home offers indoor-outdoor flow, with multiple deck areas, a BBQ, and a covered alfresco space for year-round enjoyment.
Inside, the house is warm and welcoming, featuring a wood-burning fire in the main living area, plus heat pumps/air-conditioning both upstairs and downstairs for year-round comfort. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, while the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including an ensuite) provide plenty of space for up to 12 guests.
Lakefront at 5 Mile has something for everyone:
• Kayaks, bikes, and kids’ scooters for lakeside adventures
• Board games for cosy evenings in
• Plenty of parking, with room to bring your boat or jet ski
• Laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer

Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking. Guests have access to the garage for the kayaks/bikes and for storage of personal items, but please note there is no space to park a vehicle inside.
*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
