The air-conditioned lounge features a plush chaise sofa and smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The adjoining dining area, also air-conditioned, comfortably seats eight and flows effortlessly into the high-spec, fully equipped kitchen. Complete with a push out servery window overlooking the sparkling pool, the kitchen includes a large gas stovetop, ample bench space, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, and a butlerâs pantry stocked with handy small appliances, making cooking away from home easy and enjoyable.
Step outside to a spacious entertaining area designed for laid-back coastal living. Bedroom 3: Located at the back of the home, this room includes a double bed, air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, wardrobe, and views out to the pool.

Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park 3 cars in the garage and 1 car on the driveway. There is also free street parking available.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 300m to Nicklin Way where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Currimundi/Caloundra (southbound).

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
