The Space:

Ascend upstairs to the main living area, where plush seating, a Smart TV, and expansive sliding glass doors open to a breezy oceanfront balcony—perfect for soaking up the view with a morning coffee or sunset drink. Downstairs, a second lounge area provides a relaxed space to unwind, complete with its own access to a private outdoor terrace.



Adjacent to the main living area, the kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with modern appliances, sleek stone benchtops, and a generous dining table ideal for shared meals Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating throughout the home ensure year-round comfort. Enjoy three separate outdoor living and dining spaces: the main ocean-facing balcony, an alfresco retreat off the master bedroom, and a covered terrace on the lower level. For beach days, take advantage of the complimentary surfboards, bikes, beach cart, gazebo, toys, and games. The property is fully fenced and pet-friendly, with a dedicated pet bed and bowls provided.



Each bedroom has been carefully designed to offer privacy and comfort, all featuring cooling and ceiling fans. Three bathrooms, including an ensuite in the primary, are thoughtfully positioned across the home to ensure convenience after long beach days.

Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack. Additional amenities such as a dedicated study nook, Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, two cots, high chairs, and secure parking for two vehicles in the garage and driveway make your stay both easy and enjoyable.

Getting Around:

Our Buddina retreat is ideally situated for easy access to the Sunshine Coast’s best attractions. The property is just a short stroll from beautiful local beaches, vibrant cafes, and shopping options at Kawana Shopping World. For those arriving by plane, we’re about a 20-minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport, making your arrival and departure hassle-free. If you're flying into Brisbane, expect a scenic drive of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Public transport options are available nearby, and rideshare services operate in the area, making it easy to explore both Buddina and the broader Sunshine Coast.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
