The Space:

As you arrive at this modern single-storey home, you’re welcomed into a bright open-plan living space that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining and outdoor areas. The air-conditioned lounge features a plush chaise sofa and smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The adjoining dining area, also air-conditioned, comfortably seats eight and flows effortlessly into the high-spec, fully equipped kitchen. Complete with a push out servery window overlooking the sparkling pool, the kitchen includes a large gas stovetop, ample bench space, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, and a butler’s pantry stocked with handy small appliances, making cooking away from home easy and enjoyable.



Step outside to a spacious entertaining area designed for laid-back coastal living. Enjoy the Sunshine Coast weather by the sparkling pool, dine alfresco at the 8-seater outdoor table, fire up the BBQ, or unwind on the outdoor lounge. This home welcomes up to two outdoor-only dogs, who will love the fully fenced grassy front yard. Bedroom 1 (Master): Located at the front of the home, this spacious and stylish retreat features a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, desk with a high chair, walk-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): A modern ensuite complete with walk-in shower, bath, toilet, and vanity.



Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable double bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe, and a cosy built-in sitting nook overlooking the outdoor area and pool.



Bedroom 3: Located at the back of the home, this room includes a double bed, air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, wardrobe, and views out to the pool.



Bedroom 4: Ideal for kids or singles, this room offers two single beds, a ceiling fan, wardrobe, and pool outlook.



Bedroom 5: Perfect for children, this room features a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top), ceiling fan, and wardrobe.



Bathroom 2: The main bathroom, conveniently located near Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5, includes a walk-in shower, freestanding bath, vanity, and toilet.



Laundry: Equipped with a front-loading washing machine, dryer, and outdoor clothesline for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park 3 cars in the garage and 1 car on the driveway. There is also free street parking available.

Just a short walk or cycle from the coastline beaches, it’s ideally located for those seeking a relaxed coastal holiday. Enjoy easy access to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, local parks, skate parks, and Kawana Shoppingworld, as well as kilometres of scenic walking and cycling tracks. A quick drive connects you to vibrant coastal destinations, explore the beaches of Kawana, head south to Caloundra, or north to Mooloolaba.

Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 300m to Nicklin Way where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Currimundi/Caloundra (southbound).

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
