The Space:

This is a spacious, well-appointed 3-bedroom apartment designed to make the most of its position overlooking Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour. It offers a comfortable, light-filled retreat for those who want to stay in the heart of the city while having plenty of room to breathe.



The Living Area

The apartment features an open-plan layout that connects the kitchen, dining, and lounge. Large windows line the space, offering a clear perspective of the marina, Harbour Bridge, and Sky Tower. The L shaped sofa is set up for entertaining.



Cinema Lounge: We’ve set up the lounge with a large TV and reclining seating. It’s a simple, high-quality way to relax at the end of the day.



Flexible Workspace: While there isn't a separate study, the dining table is a great spot to catch up on emails with a direct view of the water.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is built for actual use, with generous bench space and quality appliances. We’ve included a wine fridge for local finds, and the cupboards are stocked with the essentials for those who prefer to cook at home. The dining area flows directly onto the balcony, which is a great spot to watch the activity of the harbour below.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The three bedrooms are sized for comfort and privacy.



Master Ensuite: The master bedroom has a super king bed, wall mounted flat screen TV and includes an ensuite featuring an extra-large spa bath, offering a bit of extra relaxation after a day of travel.



Guest Rooms: These are well-proportioned rooms with plenty of natural light and storage.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and flat screen wall mounted TV. Bedroom 3 is smaller with a double bed. You may want to consider this if booking for 6 guests.



The Location

You are located directly above the Viaduct. It’s a vibrant, central spot where you can walk to the ferry terminal, Britomart, and some of the city's best restaurants in minutes. It’s an ideal base for experiencing Auckland’s waterfront at your own pace.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed and is a small room. Please consider this when booking for 6 guests.



The building and car park are accessed with a key fob. One of the team will meet you for check in between 2 and 5:30 to show you into the building and hand over the keys. If arriving after 5pm (and before 10pm), we will send you self check in instructions.
