The Space:
Welcome to our luxurious 11th-story apartment with a breathtaking view of the city skyline!

Our kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, as well as all the utensils you may need for preparing delicious meals.

The living room has comfortable seating, 4k Television with Google TV and local Freeview Digital available. Large windows with city views and an elegant dining table with 6 seats.

You will find 3 bedrooms all with fresh white linens and plenty of storage space for your belongings. 1 bedroom has King size bed another bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third room has 2 singles.

There is also an 8kg Washer & Dryer free for your use, allowing you to quickly take care of all your washing from exploring the city continuously with wash or dry cycles complete in as little as one hour. The heat pump dryer is delicate on all fabrics and we provide a box of Low Allergy Powder for your stay.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

Everything you need is within walking distance from the apartment! Here are some suggestions for things to see and do on your visit to Auckland:

Aotea Square - Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter, with many events happening across all seasons.

Federal Street - next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) Theres a variety of really incredible bars, restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down

Albert Park, Art Gallery and the Museum - Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.

Karangahape Road (a.k.a 'K' Road) - If you head up the hill on Queen Street, you'll eventually reach K Road, where you'll find Auckland's alternative night scene. Many great bars, live music, shisha cafes, and cheap takeaways are what K Road is known for.

The Viaduct - the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.

Ponsonby – If you head West of the CBD, you will find the Ponsonby area. There is old colonial-style architecture there, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here, especially great for fine dining as this is an up-market area of Auckland.

Parnell - Known for it's variety of dining options, boutiques and galleries. Also many cool bars to check out. Non Solo Pizza is highly recommended if you're after great food, cocktails and buzzing atmosphere (for a mature crowd). Load up on fresh fruit and veg and enjoy a variety of food stalls every weekend at 545 Parnell Road is La Cigale - French Farmer's Market! There are also footpaths and bike trails that lead across the parklands of Auckland Domain.

Apart from these mini adventures, Queen Street (main street the city) is filled with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, live music venues, and more! Make sure you explore High Street as well, which lies just parallel to Queen Street. That whole area is very nice to walk, relax, or dine out in, and tends to be a bit cheaper than Queen Street if you want to do some shopping.

If you want to explore further Auckland then you can take a walk towards the Viaduct from the apartment. There you will find Britomart station. (Bus and train)

Getting Around:
Getting around from the location is a breeze, thanks to its central location and excellent transportation options. Auckland's efficient public transport system includes buses, trains, and ferries, all easily accessible from the apartment. The Britomart Transport Centre, a major transportation hub, is just a short walk away, providing connections to destinations across the city and beyond.

For those who prefer to explore on foot, many of Auckland's top attractions, including the Sky Tower, Viaduct Harbour, and the Auckland Art Gallery, are within walking distance. Alternatively, you can hop on a rental bike or scooter to navigate the city at your own pace.

If you're planning to venture further afield, renting a car is a convenient option, with several rental companies located nearby. And for those flying into Auckland, the apartment is just a 20-minute drive from Auckland Airport, making your journey to and from the airport quick and easy. Whatever your preferred mode of transportation, getting around from 1 Greys Avenue is simple and stress-free, allowing you to make the most of your time in Auckland.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Personal check-in: One of our team will meet with you to show you into the apartment. Please let us know your arrival time so we can arrange this.

Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, x6 tea/coffee, x6 toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
