The properties south of 7 Mile Beach, including the Marriott Beach Resort and Regal Beach Club, have been affected by this erosion at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. There are times when there is a small beach, and there are other times when there is no beach. There are a few steps that allow easy access to the Caribbean Sea. Please understand this is Mother Nature, over which we have no control of.
