Comfortably sleeping 10 in 5 spacious Bedrooms, we think you’ll find this to be the ideal Vacation Destination for your family. As an added perk, Harbor View even allows you to bring the family dog - must be pre-approved, and restrictions do apply.

As you pull into the driveway, with a single car Garage - a rarity in OC - you’re sure to fall in love with this home’s tranquil location. Tucked quietly in West Ocean City, you’re a short drive from everywhere you want to be, yet it is a peaceful and serene retreat.

After a fun-filled day at the Beach, kick back and relax in the beautifully furnished Living Area with Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV. Beautiful hardwood floors and a cool, calm decor welcome you into this lovely home. With plenty of cozy furnishings and bountiful natural light, it’s a wonderful place to spend time with those who matter most. The open layout allows everyone to be together without ever feeling crowded. Slip out to the screened porch to take in that salty, sweet sea breeze - there’s plenty of seating making it a great place to relax after a day of fun exploring all of the amazing attractions the area has to offer. Amusements, Go-Carts, the Shopping and Dining of the Tanger Outlets are all just minutes away as are some of our absolute favorite spots to dine such as Sello’s, Sunset Grille, Harborside, and Mickey Fins! You can take a 10 minute drive south to Frontier Town with Western amusements and a Water Park, keep going to Assateague and visit the Wild Ponies, or head into Ocean City, just a short drive over the bridge. It’s only minutes to the Beach, the Boardwalk, and all of the fun that Ocean City has to offer. While calling Harbor View home, you are also just a short drive away from some of the best Golf Courses the area has to offer, and the Casino at Ocean Downs is just a 10 minute drive away with slots, table games, entertainment and even live harness racing in season! There is something for everyone in your family while staying at Harbor View!

Just off the Living Area, you’ll find the Well-Stocked Kitchen and Dining Area. The Chef in your family will love this well-equipped Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, plenty of Counterspace, and large Kitchen Island, a great space to enjoy a quick bite before heading out for a day of fun. You can gather at the Dining Table for a family meal or head out and explore the fabulous dining that West Ocean City has to offer. While no one likes to do laundry on vacation, you are sure to appreciate the full-size Washer and Dryer located just off the Kitchen area.

Harbor View comfortably sleeps 10 between 5 spacious bedrooms and with a private elevator, it’s easy to get settled in without climbing the stairs. The 2nd level is home to 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. Bedroom 1 is a Primary with a comfy King Bed, Flat Screen TV, attached Full Bath, and a Private Balcony. The attached Bath, accessible from the Primary Bedroom, as well as the Hall, has a large, single sink Vanity, and a Shower/Tub Combo. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also located on the 2nd floor, each with a plush King Bed and Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin Beds, a Flat Screen TV, and access to the Elevator. The 2nd Full Bath has a Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 5 is located on the first floor, with a cozy Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and access to the first floor Full Bath with Walk-in Shower.

Harbor View allows 1 well-trained dog with a $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dogs must be registered at time of booking, current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. Guests responsible for picking up after the dog. NO CATS.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
