Very nice OC place

Great location, the elevator helped make getting our luggage in easy. There were good instructions for access, a bit confusing parking instructions. The two rooms with en suite bathrooms were very nice. The decor & kitchen were lovely.

Great place!

Stayed in April for a get together with childhood friends. Property was spacious and clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked and made preparing meals easy. Cleaning crew or Property owner should make a note to clean accumulated dunt on the front bedroom.wall. Overall 10/10 would stay again.

Weekend Golf Trip

Awesome stay in OCMD!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Perfect for 6-8 adults. The kitchen and living room area were spacious and ideal for relaxing with friends. We also enjoyed the large balcony. The location was great—an easy walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants also in walking distance. The building was very quiet and parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend stay for local convention

We stayed for a Friday and Saturday with 9 people total. Very spacious and comfy; we had a wonderful time!! Host was very responsive with messages and even came to change the fridge's water filter the next morning after we reported it needed changing late the earlier night. The furnished kitchen was definitely one of my favorite parts of the condo. It made cooking and eating with friends so fun and memorable. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Weekend in a 5 Star Property

This place was beautiful and one of our favorite places we've ever stayed in OCMD! It was clean, spacious, well taken care of. Great location with GORGEOUS views of the sunset from the balconies, steps to the beach and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. Bob and crew were great with communication before our stay and were amazingly responsive at any hour of the day while I was there; this was a huge plus! Highly recommend. We can't wait to come back :)

Beautiful condo. Poor cleaning. Rusty bathroom cleaners 3. Poor selection of pots & pans. Very nice verenda. Excellent tv choices. Poor initial sight of front door. (Black paint spots all over the door.) Needs painting. Washer and dryer (which we cleaned) vent where air conditioning room has never been cleaned. Freezer handle is loose. Trashcan rusted and broke in kitchen. Bedroom pillow cover had bloodstains.I asked that owners be notified of conditions mentioned. Not to get money back! We thought they should know. Poor relationship with property manager. They were not very concerned with our input.

Nice place to call “home” for a week!

Our family, ten of us in total, spent a very nice week in the condo. The location was great. Lots of places in walking distance (mini golf, Sunsations, Fish Tails, Dunkin’ Donuts etc) We had plenty of room. It was a quiet building and although we only had two parking passes, we had no problem finding off street parking for the other cars. The condo looks exactly like the pictures posted online. We did have to reach out to the management team once, but they responded quickly. The only drawback we found was the kitchen needs to be better equipped with some essentials. If your family likes to cook as ours does, you will find a few basic items missing. We messaged the owner a list of items and they said they will check it out. We highly recommend staying here — you will not be disappointed!

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and  still today I try to answer every phone call or  email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
