As you step inside the condo, you'll be greeted by a cozy and modern living area that features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware, and there's a dining area that seats up to four people.
The bedroom is spacious and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable king-sized bed, premium linens, and ample closet space. The en-suite bathroom features a shower tub combo, and there's also a half bathroom located off the living area.
Step outside onto the balcony and you'll be treated to stunning views of the bay, marina and the surrounding area. With comfortable seating and plenty of space to relax, the balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the water.

Guest at the White Marlin building have full access to amenities such as pool and elevator. Please note that a key is needed to utilize the elevator and pool area. Upon arrival a member of your group will have to go up to the unit via stairs in order to retrieve and use the elevator key.
One assigned parking is available on site. Additional parking can be found on the street.
Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book. We can hold dates if you contact us at Oceans Edge Vacations for a small fee.
This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
