Das Caribbean House 9303 ist ein hübsches kleines Haus an der Bucht. Dieses Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern verfügt über eine möblierte Terrasse und einen Sitzbereich im Freien. Dieses Gerät ist der perfekte Ort für Sie und Ihre Familie, um eine Woche lang zu Hause anzurufen! Das Caribbean House 9303 ist eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen in Ocean City.

Das gemütliche, farbenfrohe Wohnzimmer ist mit bequemen Sofas, einem Fernseher und einem Kamin ausgestattet. Im nächsten Raum befindet sich ein kleiner Essbereich, ideal für gemütliche Mahlzeiten mit der Familie. Die Glastüren lassen viel Tageslicht in den Raum. Perfectly Cozy Home

We had a great experience with this house. It’s very well stocked and clean. Its a very close walk to stores, a play ground, the bay and, of course, the beach. You won’t miss home very much while staying in this house.

Great for Large-ish Families

Great spot for a family, esp ones w/ dogs. There's a playground and dog park right down the street for when you want to keep the little ones busy away from the beach, 2 shopping centers w/in walking distance, and close to a bunch of good restaurants. There's even a concord grape vine growing in the backyard w/ some yummy grapes! The only "complaint" I had was that the gate to the backyard is tough to open/close.

Wonderful Home. Pristine condition.

We stayed here once before and loved it then. We stayed from May 4-8 this time for a family celebration. It was as awesome as I remember. I love the updates to the outside. We had a birds nest outside and we watched 3 adorable babies every day. The house is spotless. Very warm and welcoming. Shoreline Properties is the best! The staff is so nice and also very welcoming. I will stay again. Thank you to everyone.

Our ocean city vacation

I was completely satisfied with this property. From the outside it looked older than the other houses on the block and I was leary of how the inside would be. To my surprise it looked very much like the pictures and was a welcoming entrance. My only complaint was the icemaker didnt work. I didnt report this since there were ice cube trays in the freezer to use. Everything else was satisfactory.

Perfect for family and pups

We loved the house. The dogs really enjoyed the backyard. The grass was mowed just before we got there and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Nice walk to the beach. The house was clean. The only negatives here: The downstairs tub would not drain The toilets need replacing. The master toilet was screeching and would not flush. The upstairs toilet also had issues flushing. We had to share toilets as only the downstairs hallway toilet worked well. And there is no bakeware! Bring foil, sheet pans if you need them.

Great house!

First off, our original booking was canceled last minute elsewhere and I was very hesitant to book this home based on prior reviews. Well, I am very happy that we did because the house was great! The house is 1 block away from a playground and dog park. Previous comments mention that the house was unkept. However, this is far from the truth. You can tell that they listened to last years comments and put more behind this home. You do need to bring in basic things like garbage bags, sponges, dish soap etc. which does differ than other vrbo houses we’ve rented but I associate that with covid measurements.

A coat of paint and cut the grass

When I pulled up to the property, it looked like an abandoned house in a nice neighborhood. Weeds and tall grass, the gutter had fallen off the house and had weeds growing out of it. The interior layout and appliances were ok but it hasn't been painted for years and the walls and woodwork were covered with marks. Because my adult children were coming for the weekend I borrowed a weed trimmer and cut the grass and weeds myself. I realize a "pet-friendly" property isn't going to invest in luxury appointments, but this was embarrasing. Wish I could attach the pictures I took.

Mixed Bag, Needs Better Upkeep

Positive aspects: The location is an easy walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Short drive to everything else Ocean City has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The interior of the house is nice overall. Negative aspects: The yard, while enclosed, doesn't feel private due to the proximity of the neighboring houses. There is no comfortable outdoor seating in the yard or on the porch or decks. The yard was not well-kempt and was in need of mowing, trimming and weeding. Our group spent no time in the yard which is unusual. The Wifi was spotty. The main TV (living room) had no instructions for operation. We managed to get Hulu to work but it was erratic due to the spotty internet service. I reattached the flush-chain in the upstairs toilet four times before giving up. The outdoor shower was broken. The mattress in the Master which had been replaced according to a response to a previous review was concave and squeaky (I did receive a phone message from the property manager offering to replace it due to a previous guest's complaint). Halfway through our stay, one of the burners on the gas stove would not turn off. I contacted the Shoreline emergency number and a young man came out relatively quickly. He was unable to fix it so he turned off the gas and said someone would contact us the following day to resolve the issue. We went out to breakfast the next day since we couldn't cook and finally called Shoreline to get an update on the stove around noon. I also mentioned that the washer was leaking, many lightbulbs were burnt out, and several switches weren't working. He seemed most concerned about dropping off a rug and a new vacuum for the unit. He made several excuses and seemed less than interested in listening to the issues. Ultimately, he got someone to the property later that afternoon while we were out. We returned to find notes on both the stove and washer that they were out of service and not to be used, some lightbulbs on the coffee table, a "new" rather dirty looking rug by the back door, and a new vacuum. So, no more cooking or washing clothes or towels to finish the week. Overall, we had a great time at the beach and in OC but an okay time at the property itself. Luxury is not a good word to use to describe the property. It does have a lot of potential and just needs some updates and better upkeep. We'll find a new place next year and likely avoid using Shoreline Properties if possible.

College Frat House on Crack

To all future renters .... walk, no RUN as fast as you can AWAY from this property!!! The description of this place is false advertisement at its finest. The owners should be ashamed to even have this listed. When renting here, bring EVERYTHING. Nothing is supplied Covid or not. The previous renters before us, who happened to be the owner's daughter and family, did us no favors. The two trash bins outside were filled when we arrived, which told us they did not take the trash to the curb on Wednesday, and when loading the dishwasher for our first time, we found their dirty dishes! The grass was not mowed before we got there or even while we were there. It was hard to differentiate the bushes from the weeds in the mulch beds. The yard was not enjoyable as there were dragon flies everywhere. Furnished deck and outdoor sitting area, please! Nice try regarding this wording as well. When we went to use the vacuum cleaner, we found that the plug only had one prong and could not be used, so we could not clean the floor of any messes. The mattress in the bedroom by the kitchen was noted to have issues from a prior review. The property management indicated that it was replaced. Again false!!! A foam topper was added, but the problem still exists. One knob in the master bathroom fell off the vanity, and the shower door was off its track and could not be fixed. The side door needs to be replaced, as it is rotting out. The washer was very touchy. The main downstairs bathtub does not drain properly. Unknown wires protruding from the walls, very tacky. One of the upstairs bedrooms indicated queen beds but were surely doubles. The TV in the bedroom did not work. The upstairs bathroom had no exhaust fan, and the cold-water knobs had to be set just perfectly so that water did not flow from them when not in use. Finally, the owners had the audacity to call the property management who then called us, as they thought we had more than one dog on the property. Really, do you spy on your renters??? When asked if everything was what we expected, I lied as I did not want anyone in the place on our time, as it was our vacation and our schedule not theirs. I wish I could upload pictures to show the reality of this place. The owners need to take it off the market and actually put money into it!

Great location and house

Perfect family house with enough space to spread out and quick walk to the beach and grocery store.

No Luxury Here

Property is not thoroughly cleaned or well-maintained, and location is so-so. Mattress in master bedroom is very saggy and creaks loudly at the slightest movement. We did not sleep well. Blinds in living room are broken and left open so passersby can see straight in at night. Other houses are very close by so no privacy when any blind is open. Bathrooms are old and run down, medicine cabinets didn't feel clean enough to store toiletries in. Fireplace is advertised but wired shut so it can't be used. No drain plug provided for big soaking tub, so presumably they don't want you to use it. Patio and deck furniture are flimsy plastic, dollar-store feel. Several burned out light bulbs throughout the house. Long walk to the beach. Can walk to bay side but no view there, just rows of houses on artificial canals. We certainly would not call this a "luxury" home. At best it's "make-do" but with a high price tag. We did not enjoy our stay and we left one night early (even though we'd paid for it).

Dear Chris, it is a pleasure having you as a guest in our home. We have had many great reviews from a number of guests vacationing in this single home. The home is big and has a lot of room for a big family and has a great backyard. We take every suggestion seriously and have changed the matrice in the master bedroom for future guests to come. We clean and inspect the property before each guest arrives.

Bad experience

The house is in a great location, two blocks from the beach. The layout is nice, most of the house was clean. Downside: the leasing office was not very welcoming and it came across as rude. The website says check in 4 pm, I received a text that morning at almost noon the house was ready but plans were already made and there was no way to get there. The leasing office closes at 5... the last out of the office would be no later than 7. If you’re traveling that gives a very small window to get the keys. The website also says check out 11. The leasing office gave a 10 am check out at their leasing office (not at the same location as the house). There is also a laundry list of chores to complete before you can leave. There are no linens provided. You receive two rolls of toilet paper for three bathrooms. No hand soap. The mattress covers looked like they had been drug out of a dumpster. The coffee pot was broken. With some updates the house has good potential but I do not think I would rent through this leasing office again.

Dear Amanda, your input is very important to our company and our clients. I like to take a moment and clarify your concerns, our Check-in is 3:00 pm and check out is 10;00 pm. This is very clear on our site and in our lodging agreement. This is mention many times in our welcome arrival email and text message. We try to disclose everything to make the vacationer aware of what they need to bring with them to have a pleasant vacation. We provide to all of our vacationers a complimentary welcome package, and we are the only company at the beach to do this, but all your toiletry products are vacationers responsibility. We do offer a linen service for additional money and you did decline this service, you are welcome to bring your own linens. We are glad you did like the single home as it was great for your family with little kids and we hope you did enjoy Fathers day with your family and your pet. We ask all vacationer to leave the unit in good condition for the next arrivals, as they all deserve a nice and clean place too in such a short time of turn around. Thank you Keti

Discriminatory Rental Practices

This was a lovely home and have absolutely no complaints about the property itself other than Linens are NOT included; however the blatant discrimination I experienced was inexcusable. When initially trying to book this property, the property manager needed to speak w/me to determine the # of people staying in the property and our ages. I used my natural voice and within 7-10 words of speaking, was rudely cutoff by the property manager and told the property was not available for less than a 3 day rental, despite the advertisement to the contrary. Desperate for a property and since nothing was available, I later called back a few hours later using a more "white" sounding tone. This time I was pleasantly greeted and allowed to book the same exact 2 day stay now that the property manager believed I was white. I don't know if the property manager I rented from was in the office when we checked out, but I certainly hope so!

All the comforts of home

I stayed here with my husband and 2 other couples. We appreciated all the space. Each bedroom basically has it's own bathroom. The full stocked kitchen was very useful for us. The grill could be replaced the grill grates were dirty and somewhat rusty. The location of the house to the beach was awesome it was walking distance even with all the beach necessities.

Perfect location we came for the bike weekend plenty parking private driveway the house was very nice and spacious for 8 people we'll rent the house again 👍

Even better than we expected

This house met all of our expectations and then some! It is very spacious, with a wonderful backyard decked out with picnic tables and a charcoal grill. The kitchen also came fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, and cooking utensils. There were even chairs and pool toys in the shed! It was the first property I have rented that truly had everything we needed when we walked in the door. The location is also incredibly convenient. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and it is right next door to a grocery store for supplies. Shoreline Properties was very helpful and even let us check in early. This is a fantastic house at a great price, and I would highly recommend it.
