The Space:
This spacious canal-front home in South Yunderup is designed for relaxed family and group stays. The property features four bedrooms plus a sofa fold-out, two bathrooms, multiple living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows and open living spaces create a bright and comfortable environment, while the private jetty offers direct access to the canal for boating, fishing, and crabbing.
All TVs are smart TVs (downstairs TVs are not connected to an aerial). Upstairs air-conditioning provides both cooling and heating. The wood fireplace is not available for guest use.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor living areas, outdoor spaces, and the private jetty.
The garage won't be available for guest access.
Self check-in is available for a smooth and flexible arrival.
Off-street parking is available for up to four vehicles on the property.

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.
- For guest safety, external security cameras are installed at the front entrance only. These do not monitor any internal or private spaces.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.

- Visitors are not allowed to overnight.
- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.
