Perfect location to everything. Great beach access just down the road, nearby park and close to yummy restaurants. Perfect little drive to the Redwoods.

The property was spacious to accommodate 10 of us. The view and access to the water and beach was an easy walk. We visited the Jedidiah Redwood forest and Fern Canyon, and swam in the Smith River. There are a couple of good restaurants in Crescent City. The Chart House restaurant had good American cuisine seafood. If you like sushi, both raw and cooked options, the Boathouse is great. We did most cooking in, and there were sufficient pots and pans, including to cook crabs caught by my daughter and grandson. There could be more eating utensils. We did have a discrepancy over the final payment between VRBO and Evolve. Trying to figure out why Evolve appears to have charged 200 more than VRBO noted as a final payment. Definitely worth the stay.

The home was clean and the views were lovely. Just a short walk to the beach. It was a pleasant stay. However we were disappointed in the lack of amenities. The garage door doesn’t work properly and to park inside requires rearranging. Surprisingly, we were unable to have a seafood boil because of the lack of proper utensils. It’s a lovely home. I guess I expected slightly more with “premier in the title but we had a wonderful time regardless.

Short title

The house is amazing, appliances are a little outdated but work great. My only complaint is the amount of what appears to be mouse poop that shows up outside of the windows and sliding glass door every morning. Even after cleaning it up. Everything else was immaculate.

Lovely ocean view, property needs work

The house was clean and spacious, but with no air conditioning the house gets warm and some windows are broken or don’t open very well. Many things just need some WD40. The windows have beautiful views of the ocean but aren’t clean.Downstairs sink needs some work too. The upstairs has a nice suite with an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub but the door was locked and so we didn’t get to use it.House is a bit sparsely furnished as well.

Beautiful view!

I don't think we could have asked for a better view of the ocean! I'm going to start with all the positive things because I think they far outweigh anything negative or constructive I have to say about our stay! Location was great! We were close to everything! The ocean was just steps or a short drive away which allowed us to tide pool and just enjoy the sound of the waves at night! The house was mostly clean and we found it to be furnished well for the amount of people we had staying there which was 4 adults, a teen and two toddlers.We found the kitchen To have more than enough dishes for all of us and everything worked perfectly. The jacuzzi tub was Amazing to have and overlooked the ocean. The ping pong table was great but we did have to buy new ping pong balls since they were all broken and the table itself seemed in rough shape but it worked just fine! The house is a little dated as others have said but it was still very nice. The walls were pretty scuffed up and there were lots of stains on the carpets. The cabinets with glass doors in the kids room needed to be attached to the wall better. There were droppings on the back patio from the bats that live there which were actually kind of fun to watch from the bedroom window at nightThe biggest issue we had was with ants. They were everywhere. We brewed a pot of coffee in the morning and unfortunately realized too late that the entire top layer of the pot was dead ants. We fought a losing battle our entire stay.

Great home, great views! Would’ve liked to be able to utilize the tub but the house was dirty so we didn’t feel comfortable with using it and the shower was clogged up so we couldn’t utilize both shower heads because the water pooled up too quickly. Bed covers smelled weird. Pillows smelled off. Would’ve been nice to have more than ping pong and it would’ve been nice to have like a fire out or something on the deck. House is pretty, just wished it was better taken care of. Very limited kitchen supplies but that’s okay. Rooms are very spacious with pretty views but we couldn’t keep windows open due to blinds being so cheap and the wind. Windows could use an upgrade, screens broken, not enough trash receptacles. Host was attentive at least but also checked in as we hung out which is understandable but can be weird too.
