Originally built from redwood & two streets from Pebble Beach’s inspiring views. Remodeled split floor plan with AC/Heat pump w/ custom temps in each room. Hear the ocean in our family friendly yard w/ fire place, gazebo, trampoline, & swings. Up-cycled redwood featured throughout, + local artist’s redwood & birch table. Features open floor plan, new kitchen, new furniture, full amenities, endless hot water, 4 smart TV's, telework friendly desks, dimmable smart lights, & black-out curtains. We are closer to Pebble Beach, the sandy beach and Preston Island Beach for bonfires.
WHOLE HOUSE ALL TO YOURSELF!
Exterior: Drive up to our cul-de-sac home and enjoy the serenity of a low trafficked street. Pull up to our driveway and see one of the last stucco homes left in the neighborhood. Professional landscaping includes hydrangeas, a sapling oak tree, towering juniper trees, Kentucky blue-grass, and a rock border. Avoid rain on your head with recently installed gutters.
Inside: Walk inside to the massive open floor plan with a living area, a separate TV area with movie chairs, a kitchen with bar stools, and new appliances including an electric oven with turbo boil, a quiet pack dishwasher, a 1 HP garbage disposal, a dining room table that seats 8, and a tiny kid’s table that seats 2.
Office space: Calling all teleworkers! Our home features an office space with designer office chair. The bedroom office has spectacular views of the juniper trees. Each room also has a casting/mirroring enabled smart TV, which you can use as a second monitor with your laptop if you have the right equipment. Escape from the noise in the house and go to your private area to work.
Comfort: Most houses in Crescent city do not have air conditioning! The Redwood Modern Retreat features custom climate control in every room, using a 300% efficient ductless electric unit, with air purifiers in each head unit. Our home also features dimmable lights which dim automatically at sunset. Sleep in with black-out curtains in every room. Enjoy 100% cotton sheets on brand new beds, and 100% cotton blankets (comforters are microfiber). Enjoy endless hot water from a tankless electric water heater. Bathrooms feature heat lamps.
Wi-Fi: We have 350mbps Spectrum internet.
Conservation: Our home offers some green features. We minimize plastic waste with our bathroom supplies. Our lights auto-dim at sunset and turn off twice a day, and our A/C turns off once a day and returns to a reasonable temperature range on throughout the day. The home features dual pane windows and R-40 insulation in the attic, made with green recycled cellulose paper instead of hazardous fiberglass.
Sleeping: Brand new semi-firm beds are in each bedroom. Luxury gel pillows come in every room. Bedding is cottoned to help you rest properly. Sleep in with black-out curtains.
Bedding arrangements:
• BDRM1: King+Luxury Roll Away, move small furniture to get the roll away bed to SQUEEZE in next to the king. (Sleeps 3 adults, or 4 children)
• BDRM2: King over twin over twin trundle bed (sleeps 4 adults or 5 children)
• MASTER: King (Sleeps 2)
• LIVING ROOM: Fits additional two or three roll away beds depending on where you put the other ones and has a massive comfortable couch that sleeps two. Privacy partitions are available in the living room closets. Please use sheets if you sleep on couch. We provide two luxury wooden partitions to put around the roll-away beds where needed.
• OVERALL: The house comfortably sleeps 10 on traditional beds, and overflow sleeping comes to living room with luxury roll away mattresses/couches for up to 16. We have air mattresses for up to 30 guests available on request. We also have a tent for outside and a trampoline to sleep on for overflow sleeping.
Backyard: The backyard has a gazebo you can go chill in while you breathe in the ocean air and stare at the towering juniper tree line. Throw some horseshoes on the brick dance-pad next to the gazebo. Jump on the trampoline with a basketball hoop on it (rated to 375lb) or play on the playset with two swings. Ultimate backyard!
Entertainment: Our home features life-sized canvases in the house, never leave the house and you can take selfies on the beach and in the forest! The house offers bikes, basketballs to go play some hoops at the park (5-minute walk), a good selection of board games and poker chips/card games, casting/mirroring enabled Roku TV’s in every room (“BYOS/Bring your own subscription”), a trampoline, gazebo, and playground, and movie chairs. Firepit/bbq in backyard! BYOW/Bring your on wood.
Security: We do have CCTV outside the house to help protect us and help protect you and help protect our neighbors.
