Set on Marine Parade with Mauao rising ahead and the ocean just across the road, Casa Sol is a laid-back beach house that feels straight out of a classic Mount summer.

The space

Built in the early 2000s and filled with light, this three-storey home has a relaxed, slightly retro charm - think old-school vibe, big windows, and an easy flow that makes family holidays effortless.



The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge form the heart of the home, opening toward the sea so you can cook, chat, and watch the waves all at once. Upstairs, the queen room looks directly to Mauao and the surf, perfect for slow starts and morning coffee. The master bedroom includes a comfortable king bed and ensuite, while the third bedroom has two singles. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there’s a lift if you’d rather skip the stairs.



Outside, the beach track, surf breaks, and coastal walkway are just across the road. Stroll to cafés and local favourites, or wander down to the base of the Mount for your morning climb. New World and the main street are only minutes away.



Casa Sol is the home on the right-hand side; we also manage the home next door, Casa Mar. The two share a mirrored layout - book both together for up to twelve guests, ideal for extended family trips where everyone’s close but still has their own space.



You’ll find all the comforts covered: fast Wi-Fi, garage parking, laundry facilities, crisp linens, and the steady hum of the sea just beyond your window.

- Strictly no parties, gatherings or events

- Quiet hours: 10pm – 7am

- No pets




Important Note: Regarding your reservation, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
