The Space:

This lovely converted duplex offers a spacious vacation home for up to 12 guests. Enjoy 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus a full kitchen, private parking, and laundry! There is a king bedroom on the first floor, two queen bedrooms upstairs, and a large "bunk" room with 3 twin-sized trundle beds under 3 regular twin beds. Plenty of room for the whole crew! There's a game room downstairs with a combo air hockey and pool table. You'll also find a dining room and an office area/work nook with a coffee bar!

Enjoy easy access to the nearby Ark Encounter (2.2 miles) and plenty of other exciting attractions and activities in the Northern Kentucky area!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home.

Entry is through the front or back door using a unique key code.

Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.

Check-in info is sent prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

Situated just off Main Street in Williamstown, this vacation rental offers the perfect location for guests.
