Maui Banyan F-203 Stunning 2 Bedroom Condo With AC
**This is a beautiful Maui Banyan 2 bedroom-vaulted ceilings-steps to beach!
We offer a beautiful 2-bedroom garden view room with high vaulted ceilings (one of only 14 units at the complex with vaulted ceilings) that has been stylishly remodeled. This condo has a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, carbonized bamboo flooring in the living area and bedroom, travertine marble in the kitchen and bathroom (bathroom vanity, counter, mirror & lighting all remodeled in Oct.2020). There are large flat screen TV’s in the living room and bedrooms! The living room and studio side bedroom have window Air Conditioning units (new Split AC will be installed in Aug 2025 in living room and both bedrooms). Contemporary Island-style furnishings and artwork throughout.
**Please note: This is on the 2nd floor and there is NO elevator.
The Maui Banyan is conveniently located in desirable South Kihei (Where all the amazing sandy swimming beaches are). This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui.
Fantastic Kamaole II beach is right across the street from the Maui Banyan and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high-end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei. On property amenities include two swimming pools which include jet spas, complimentary tennis courts, and several gas BBQ’s conveniently located to our unit.

Main bath - can be accessed from master bedroom or from kitchen. It has a tub/shower combo with toilet. Vanity separated from shower by pocket door.
Studio side bath - stand up shower with toilet. Vanity separated from shower by pocket door.
