Dies ist eine komplett renovierte END-Einheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern (ein geschlossenes Schlafzimmer und ein Loft-Schlafzimmer) im Gebäude 2 des Komplexes Maui Vista Condominium. Zusammen mit allem, gibt es einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer! Da es sich um eine Endeinheit handelt, gibt es ein zusätzliches Fenster im Wohnzimmer, und das Schlafzimmerfenster befindet sich auf der Seite des Gebäudes und nicht auf dem potenziell lauten Gehweg. Das Loft-Bad und die Dusche sind viel bequemer, da sie im Vergleich zu den ursprünglichen Einheiten größer waren.

Die Bilder zeigen die Einheit, die größtenteils mit Möbeln ausgestattet ist, die Anfang Juni eintreffen und am 1. Juli 2018 für Buchungen verfügbar sein werden. Es wird ein neues Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein Queensize-Bett auf dem Dachboden sein. Ein Queensize-Ausziehsofa bietet Platz für zusätzliche Gäste im Wohnzimmer.

Die Küche wird komplett mit allen typischen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet sein, eine neue Waschmaschine und Trockner wurden installiert, und Liegestühle / Sonnenschirm, Boogie Boards und Tennisschläger stehen zur Verfügung.

Das erstaunlichste kristallklare Wasser und einer der schönsten Strände (Charley Young / Kamaole I) liegt direkt gegenüber der Straße ... 2 Minuten zu Fuß.

Diese Einheit ist schwer zu schlagen und ist wahrscheinlich die beste Einheit in Maui Vista! Habe ich Ocean View gesagt?

This was the best family vacation! Two adults and a 9 and 4 year old stayed here. The location to the beach was great, an easy five minute walk. Other beaches were also easily accessible with just a 10-15 minute drive. The house was updated, clean and had what we needed. The pool was also used for nightly swims before bed. When I had questions for the owner, I received an immediate text response back that resolved the issue. Would stay here again!

Went to Maui to escape…

Absolutely beautiful condo!!! The main bedroom downstairs is a really good size with dressers and a huge closet and plenty of room to walk around. The bathroom downstairs is big and plenty of room for your stuff!!! Kitchen/great room was perfect to play games and watch some TV. ONLY thing, I wish there was another big chair in the living room because there is only a couch, but that’s not a deal breaker!! Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need!!! A few spices too!! Patio was beautiful with great views of the sunset and ocean. Upstairs loft was big and had curtains around the stairwell for privacy. Bathroom upstairs was big too!! Pool and barbecue areas were clean and very enjoyable!! The entire complex was super clean and quiet!! This is a great location. The entrance to the beach is just downstairs and across the street!!! Walking distance to ABC store and many other restaurants and stores!!! Plenty of parking!! There are carts for luggage and groceries!! The condo has beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, and beach umbrellas!! There are games in the cabinet under the TV, we left Yahtzee and two UNO games!! Tim and Gretchen are absolutely wonderful and have awesome communication!! The condo is completely updated and remodeled!! Washer and dryer are in the unit so you can wash beach towels!! Plenty of extra towels!!! There were 4 adults and a 4 month old and it was plenty of space!!! We would definitely book here again!!!

Great location

This condo is an a great location with easy access to beach and an easy walk to some restaurants and shopping. Kitchen had everything you need to cook some meals if you want to do so. Our only issue with the stay was with the neighbors who were consistently load every night - screaming and yelling until about 11pm each night. Otherwise our stay was great!

Kihei paradise

Maui Vista is in the perfect location close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, entertainment. The condo is on the top floor you have a beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains. You can see the court yard with the tennis courts and the pool as well as the parking lot from the side window. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. Plenty of towels as well as beach towels. We put the boogie boards and beach chairs to good use. The condo is very comfy. It felt like home away from home. We would recommend this spot and would definitely stay again.

Second time to Maui

Highly recommended this unit to family of 3-4, the apartment is spotless and beautifully decorated. Located in the heart of kihei, very close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants, the host provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas also other water equipment for you to use. Only thing is the air conditioning in the bedroom is loud, other than that everything is perfect!

Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!!

Owners sent very detailed instructions and information to make everything so easy and seamless. Great use of space that is modern, yet so warm. Plenty of supplies for our stay as well. Fully stocked with plates, glasses, bowls and silverware. Plenty of pots and pans with cooking implements as well. Beds are super comfortable and the unit is very clean and well kept. Air conditioning unit cools the unit comfortably along with ceiling fans. The view is spectacular and so close to the beach, shopping and eateries, including a food truck area! Family friendly and lovely for anyone staying in Kihei. Would definitely book again!!

Maui Paradise

Maui Vista impressed us. We loved staying there with our family of six. This is a very clean, beautifully decorated and affordable condo. The grounds are beautiful. Lots of birds and beautiful flowers. The pools and tennis courts were convenient. All of the beach equipment was a plus! We loved the view from the lanai. We ate breakfast there every morning. We even saw some whales breech near the Molokini crater. The hosts have thought of everything you might need, and it was easy to make meals. We loved coming back every night to our home away from home. Very welcoming and we would love to stay again.

Great view from balcony!

Our group (2 couples in our 50s) had a great stay at this condo. We really enjoyed the seating area on the lanai where we could see Molokini Crater and the island behind it. We also saw a few whales breaching and caught some great sunsets. There is a cute gecko that hangs out on the lanai- he does not seem bothered by people at all. The unit was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, everything well maintained. Quite a few restaurants in walking distance. Beach is a very short walk away. (We really enjoyed eating at Da Kitchen- short drive away, well worth the trip!) We only had 2.5 days on Maui (went to the 4 main islands this trip) and our focus was a whale watching/molokini crater tour and Haleakala sunrise. This condo was well located to do both.

Perfect Maui condo!

We have stayed in 5 different units in Maui Vista - Tim & Gretchen’s unit is by far the best one we’ve had the pleasure of using. Building 2 is the best location (away from the road noise) and the views of the ocean are exactly as advertised. You can have breakfast on the lanai while watching the boats in Molokini. The condo has everything you could possibly need for a beach outing. This is the first time we didn’t visit a rental shop for any beach gear. The of the beds were extremely comfortable. All in all, we hope we are able to stay here again! Mahalo!

Short, but pleasant visit

Maui Vista is a great location, close to everything. The unit was clean and comfortable. Bedroom AC was a bit loud, but after the initial cool down, the breeze and fans was enough. The new decor was was really nice. Everything was great for a family. Just a tip, the dryer doesn’t completely dry everything, but just hang up to air dry for a little bit and it works great, especially the towels.

Convenient and well maintained unit

We had a great stay here. The owner was extremely responsive to our emails and accommodating to our requests. The unit is well organized, well stocked, clean, recently updated, and easy to access. The TV, washing machine and dryer made it convenient with our two kids (ages 3 and 5). However, there is no bathtub if you need one for bathing very young kids. It's the perfect place to stay if you are planning on spending your vacation doing various outside activities since the condo complex doesn't have much to offer. It is on the older side and the pool is very small. The unit itself was in a great location, central to various destinations on the island, and close to Charlie Young beach. For access to the beach, you do need to cross a busy street. If you have a family with young kids with the need to carry multiple beach items, it's probably easier just to drive and park in the free parking lot. There are also great restaurants and food trucks nearby.

We have explored all of the islands, and Maui has always been our favorite. Maui Vista was a regular vacation spot, so when a top-floor, end-unit became available, we couldn't pass up the opportunity for this gem. We also have stayed in all three buildings, and building 2 is our favorite, as it seems much closer to the beach than building 3, but without the constant road noise of building 1.

Maui Vista is nicely situated in a central location, close to shopping and restaurants to the north and south, along with an easy walk to either the beach or to surfing at The Cove, Kalama Park.
