The Space:
The Brassline is ideally located near the Central Business District, making it the perfect home base to explore the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space features a charming kitchenette, our patented memory foam Nest Bed, and 4K Smart TVs, offering comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
If you're traveling by car, please be aware that the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with Roami. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with Roami.
The on-site laundry services are free to use. You can find the facilities on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Thank you for the feedback — sorry the master bedroom TV was broken and that the unit had an unpleasant smell. That fell short of our standards.
We repaired/replaced the master bedroom TV and confirmed it was working. The unit received a professional deep clean, HVAC and vents were inspected, air filters were replaced, and linens/soft goods were refreshed where needed. We also added a pre‑arrival odor and air‑quality check to our turnover checklist and retrained staff to catch and report any issues before guests arrive.

We booked last minute. Upon arrival, my check in instructions were not shared in a timely manner, and the rooms had not been properly cleaned. There were stains on the rug and couch, there was a roach in the corner, things were not wiped or vacuumed, and the kitchen drawers were broken. I will say despite the uncleanliness, the manager was quick to respond and help us out by getting the place cleaned while we enjoyed the city. The beds were comfortable, the temperature of the room was lovely, and the location was great.

Hi there,
Thank you for the feedback — sorry your check-in details weren’t delivered on time and that the unit wasn’t cleaned to standard. The stains, the roach sighting, and the broken kitchen drawers fell short of what we expect.
We’ve addressed these issues: housekeeping procedures were updated and we added an extra pre-arrival inspection, the unit received a deep clean and pest treatment, and the kitchen drawers were repaired. We also adjusted our check-in workflow so instructions go out earlier.
