We didn’t park and we never touched the AC because the weather was perfect while we were there. The place was clean and spacious and we enjoyed just sitting on the front porch.

Steve is an exceptional host who communicate clearly and promptly. The home is beautiful and spotless. The convenient location along with having a safe place to park was a plus. The hosts were very receptive and the home was exactly as advertised. We loved the Mardi Gras details and special touches done to improve our stay. We have a big family, so it was nice to have many towels, sheets, and blankets. The area was close to everything we wanted to do in New Orleans that weekend and we always felt safe.

It is a spacious and well decorated and comfortable. Kitchen was great modern appliances. Dining room with the table being set for 4, even a Christmas tree. Loved the bathroom in the master suite! Only negative was the bed linens. Communication with host was almost instant.I would highly recommend this host/house and will stay again.
