This 3 bed/3.5 bath home is on the nicest canal in Cape Coral with 200+ ft of frontage & gorgeous views of the canal & sunset. The pool, tiki hut & docks have full sun all day. Each bedroom has a private bath & there's a 2 pc powder room off the laundry. The primary has a king bed & walkout to pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & pool access. Bedroom 3 has a queen & private bath. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. And a games room! Enjoy the stunning sunsets on the water! Updated pool and lanai and renovated interior! Three bedrooms, each with their own 3-piece ensuite. Two bedrooms have French doors leading to the lanai/pool. There's also a 2 piece bath off the laundry room. The tiki sits on large dock, which has a 30,000 pound boat lift. Please note that the boat lift is set wide, for min 14 ft wide boats. We see dolphins in the canal all the time!

The house is a bungalow and well appointed with very few steps/stairs. Unfortunately, the house is NOT wheelchair accessible. The primary bath has a large walk in shower. The pool bath bedroom has a walk in shower. The 3rd bath has a tub/shower combo. The home is located in the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral and is a quick walk or drive to the Boathouse Tiki hut with great food and live music and the Yacht Club Beach with the softest sand around! There are dozens of incredible restaurants in the area.
Note: the launch ramp at the Cape Coral yacht club is currently under construction as of spring 2024. Contact the host for ideas where to launch your boat. Please note: the use of the pool is at your own risk and the owner of the property assumes no responsibility if children or adults use the pool.
There are fishing poles, beach chairs, and paddleboards located in the fenced area where the pool equipment is located. Please return them when finished.
