Welcome to Stay Joy — an entire 6-bedroom house in central Seoul, made for large families and groups (up to 17) to stay together comfortably. The whole house is yours, with no shared space.
Most comfortable for groups of 8–14; full capacity up to 17 welcome.

Within one building you'll find two private sections, each with 3 bedrooms and its own bathroom. The two sections aren't connected inside; you step outside (about 5 steps) to move between them. This is ideal for two families or sub-groups who want their own privacy and bathroom while sharing the trip together — the entire home is reserved as a single booking. A bonus guest toilet just outside the building keeps mornings easy for big groups.

Location: Gyeongbokgung Palace and the former Blue House are a 5–10 minute walk away; the area is flat (no hills) and taxis reach the door. Bukchon, Insadong, Gwanghwamun and the MMCA are about 10 minutes by transit.

The space: 6 bedrooms · 15 beds · 2 bathrooms · full kitchen · living & dining · washer & dryer · A/C & heating · TV · fridge · microwave · towels & basics. A caretaker is nearby for quick support, and we're happy to help with food delivery or routes.
No private parking, but one car can park nearby (5–10 min drive, ask in advance). Please avoid grilling or strong-smelling cooking, as it may incur an extra cleaning fee. A dedicated guidebook is sent 3–4 days before check-in.
