Das weiße, moderne Maisonette-Haus N2 (renoviertes ganzes Haus) bietet modernen, eleganten Komfort für anspruchsvolle Urlauber. Das Haus befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt. Die U-Bahn Station Seoul ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das gesamte Haus wurde mit hellem und kunstvollem NewYorker-Flair und einem Hauch koreanischer Details üppig renoviert. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit einem herrlichen Marmor-Esstisch, einem Zwischengeschoss und einem Sofabereich am Fenster mit Blick auf die Hauptstraße in Richtung Seoul Station.

Das moderne, weiße N2-Haus, eine kürzlich renovierte Maisonette in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Seoul, bietet modernen, eleganten Komfort für anspruchsvolle Urlauber. Das gesamte Haus wurde mit hellem und kunstvollem New Yorker Flair und einem Hauch koreanischer Ästhetik üppig renoviert.

N2 stammt aus dem ersten Haus Nook (Authentic but Modern Experience N), das mit dem Architekturpreis 2016 und dem Beautiful House 2015 von Seoul City Major ausgezeichnet wurde. bietet weniger authentische Merkmale, aber auf jeden Fall einen fröhlicheren Aufenthalt für größere Gruppen von Gästen.

Das Haus verfügt über 2 Etagen sowie ein Zwischengeschoss mit Blick auf den Essbereich im zweiten Stock (das Juwel von N2!). Jede Etage verfügt über eine eigene Toilette und ein Duschbad (insgesamt 2 Bäder).

Der Raum und die Ausstattung bieten bequem Platz für vier Gäste und bei Bedarf für bis zu acht Gäste. Sie werden Ihren Aufenthalt in N2 lieben!

Der Haupt-Essbereich ist das Herz des Hauses. Das Hotel liegt im zweiten Stock mit seiner spektakulären 5 Meter hohen Decke. Es verfügt über einen 2,4 m langen Marmor-Esstisch mit einer voll ausgestatteten offenen Küche, einer Kartell-Spiegellampe, einem Andy Warhol-Skateboard und einem pinkfarbenen Spiegel von Kartell sowie eine Terrasse! In der zweiten Etage können Sie einen Morgen am Sofa neben einer Fensterwand mit Blick auf Seoul Station lesen oder speisen & amp; wein nach einer langen tour durch seoul im essbereich.

Im ersten Stock bietet das Hauptschlafzimmer ein Kingsize-Bett mit 50 TV. Das Gästezimmer ist mit zwei Super-Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Beide Zimmer bestehen aus romantisch freigelegten hohen Holzdecken, die beim ersten Bau 80 Jahre lang erhalten blieben. Auch für Ihre Bequemlichkeit, Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Nähe der getrennten Toilette und der Dusche zur Verfügung.

Excellent host. Communication was great. Everything that didn’t work or broken prior our stay was fixed right away. The only semi negative comment is that the bedroom downstairs where my wife and I stayed was musty and really couldn’t open the window because of sewage smell. The room was fine except for the mustiness. The rest of the house was great

The apartment is centrally located and convenient to Seoul Station. It has great local restaurants and hipster coffee shops, as well as 7-11 in the immediate vicinity. It is very clean with comfortable beds and linens, and excellent high end gentle toiletries.A few caveats: 1) The apartment is smaller than it appears in photos. No real space to gather except the kitchen with hard plastic chairs. There was no couch for recovering from busy days despite the photos in the listing.2) There is a steep set of stairs to navigate between the entrance and bottom 2 bedrooms and the upstairs where the kitchen is. Take this into consideration if you have mobility issues. 3) The heat/AC cannot be easily controlled on-site; I had to message the owner to set the temp and that was highly inconvenient.

Regarding the living space and layout, our listing photos and floor plan are intended to accurately reflect the home’s configuration, though we understand that the space may feel different in person depending on group size and individual expectations. Regarding the seating, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. When you informed us about the sofa, we immediately arranged to purchase and deliver a replacement during your stay, but this option was declined. For the heating and A/C, we would like to clarify for future guests that the mini-split system can be controlled directly on-site. During your stay, we offered to explain how to operate it, as there appeared to be a misunderstanding, but we did not receive a follow-up response. Lastly, thank you for mentioning the stairs. As noted in our listing, the home is a split-level property and includes a steep staircase, so guests with mobility concerns should review the layout carefully before booking. We value all guest feedback and will continue improving both the space and guest experience for future stays.

Wonderful location for sightseeing - right next to Seoul tower and Seoul central station. The flat is wonderful, great to have the 2 bathrooms and toilets for a family of 4: and we loved the option of cooking at home in the kitchen when needed. A quirky, stylish and modern set up, we felt right at home. And sunny was wonderful, quick to reply, very welcoming and helped us with taxi’s from the airport. We loved our stay and would happily return in future to a fantastic city!

Great location and very clean

We stayed here for 6 nights as a family of 4. The location is great. Very close to Seoul station and there are a few cafes and bars nearby. Sunny is a responsive host and the property is very clean. The only challenge we had was navigating our way out of Seoul Station when we arrived on the AREX train but after that we had no problems and really appreciated the apartment’s proximity to the subway and other attractions such as Namsan park. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Really enjoyed the stay at N2 for the week. Such a great location! Close to Seoul Station so very easy to get around the city to see all the sites, as well as catch the KTX and airport railroad trains. Sunny was a great host, responded quickly and also arranged a taxi from the airport which was so nice and convenient after arriving in Seoul on a long flight.

This is a terrific apartment with two nice bedrooms downstairs and space to sleep several others upstairs in the kitchen/dining area. We found it to be clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. This is a beautiful property. Plenty of space and a large kitchen. Finding 2 bathrooms in an apartment in Korea is not super common so that was great for 3 women traveling together. While I may be a bit old for sleeping in the loft bed it was fun and felt like a nice place to get away at night. My friends said the beds were very comfortable. The amenities are good and the host was very responsive to any message I sent. The shower had been a little clogged and it was fixed for us within hours. Very close to Seoul Station (but there is a hill! You get used to it) We had a great time, thank you so much

Great location, great host

I enjoyed our stay, the location is great, Short Uber rides to many tourist attractions. Walking distance to Seoul Tower, a great morning walk(work out) if you like. Sunny is accommodating and responsive, helping my wife to confirm her hair appointment.

Great, easy stay

The owner was very communicative. The place was clean. I would argue eight people would have a hard time staying in the house. Nonetheless, it had everything we needed. Stairs are quite steep so be careful!

Perfect for our family of 4 adults. Great showers. Washing machine a bonus. Very close to seoul station . Comfy beds . Stairs to upstairs kitchen kept us fit. :) 😀

I lived in New York for seven years with my husband, who studied at Pratt Institute. During that time, I ran a beauty salon on 2nd Avenue and 38th Street.

After returning to Korea, I worked for five years as a marketing brand manager and director at Unilever Korea and LG Household & Health Care. Later, I became an art dealer and had the privilege of working with world-renowned galleries in New York, London, and Düsseldorf — introducing blue-chip artists to the Korean art scene.

Through those years, I traveled to many cities around the world and stayed in some truly inspiring Airbnb homes. Those experiences shaped my idea of what a “special stay” can feel like.

Since 2017, I’ve been hosting three unique and thoughtfully designed spaces of my own. I look forward to welcoming guests who appreciate meaningful design, warmth, and a touch of art in the spaces they stay.

From the terrace, you can take in sweeping views of Seoul’s skyline toward Yongsan, Itaewon, and the Han River. In the evening, the city lights and building silhouettes create a stunning night view. Each season brings its own charm — lush green trees in spring, colorful foliage in autumn, and a snow-covered cityscape in winter.

The neighborhood has a cozy local market, Huam Market, along with plenty of great restaurants and cafés to explore. Seoul Station is just a 7-minute walk away, and the area offers excellent access to major attractions like Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, Hongdae, and Gyeongbokgung Palace.
