Our trip to Oceanside was perfect. Nice to get out of the heat for a week. Condo was perfect for us . Super clean - everything we needed was available The view of the ocean from our balcony was awesome and so relaxing. Could not have been better. Thanks to you all.

Beautiful location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place with gorgeous landscaping. The outside of the buildings could benefit from some updates like painting etc. Inside was nice and clean and had everything you need for a nice stay. Parking is VERY tight in the garage if you have anything other than a car/sedan. The beach was closed for winter prep and that was a bummer. It did take awhile to get responses from the rental company, as well.

The City was completing its annual dredging project, which temporarily affected select sections of the beach, while beach access remained available throughout the project. We understand that the work may still have impacted your beach experience. Perfect vacation destination especially for our 2 grown children and us. We were all able to come and go as we wanted without having to coordinate rides etc. Staying right on the beach and having a pool and weight room were perfect. We walked to dinner each night. Got provisions for breakfast at Trader Joe's nearby. Plenty of dishes and good cookware. Tommy Bahama chairs, cooler and towels very helpful. Place was a tad stuffy and warm when we arrived but after a couple of hours of windows open and fans, it cooled down quickly. View and noise of the ocean was sooo relaxing and made for a cool nights' sleep.

Easy check in, great communication with host. Safe parking in underground garage under our unit/building. Convenient Elevator from the garage up to your level.Never moved our car as we could walk everywhere we needed to. AMAZING sunsets & unobstructed view of the ocean. Unit shows as pictures. Kitchen well equipped. Harbor is about a 10min walk over the bridge. Beach is a 5min walk. Pier is about 20min walk. Farmersmarket is on Thursdays 9-1pm. 10 min walk from the Pier. We never moved the car as we could walk everywhere. This will be our future Unit to rent. Thank you!

While the condo was not "dirty" it certainly was dingy. Shag-style carpet is a bad choice for a beach condo. All that sand and junk gets trapped in the long carpet fibers and makes for a "dirty" feeling that does not go away with a vacuum between guest stays. The visibly dirty rugs on top of the shag carpet made it worse. Not only was it hard to walk on for one of our family members who has a disability, but all that gross carpet and rugs made the condo hotter! Only 1 ceiling fan in the dinning room does not cool the living space. I recomend installing an additinal ceiling fan in the living room and 1 in each of the bedrooms. Also, clean the portable fans. All of them were covered in dust, haven't been cleaned in years, so gross! This unit also needs new curtains and curtain rods. The rods and curtain rings were so rusted it was difficult to shut the curtains properly. This unit needs to be updated and touched up quite a bit. There were scuff marks all over the walls, floor boards, and doors giving more of that dingy vibe. We were also disappointed in the furniture as the condo advertised a reclining chair that we needed for our disabled family member, but upon arrival the chair was not there making our sitting arrangement with 1 less spot to sit in and making it very uncomfortable for us all. On the plus side, parking was easy and access to the beach and pool were very convenient to the unit. I have been renting condos at NCV for 26 years, I would not choose this unit again.

Great location!

This place was perfect for our first ever family beach vacation. The propety itself is so cool with walkways, flowing water, tropical plants, and koi fish that you can feed. The beach was so close and easy to get to. Our unit was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again!!
